hyatt hyderabad Review

Stayed 2 days here. Jacuzzi was awesome. Room was like palace. Everything was wifi automated.

Very nice hospitality..very courteous staff . beautiful resort like ambience

Awesome hotel, great place to stay. Clean, tidy, food is great and staff super helpful without being in your face.

Its a great property but the entire guest experience leaves a lot to be desired. The front office staff I guess are tasked to ensure occupancy of all rooms even if the room is a potentially poor guest experience. So even though occupancy is not at peak they tend to consign guests to poorly located rooms that are more like dungeons with poor acoustic insulation. Some of the farthest corner most rooms are near a busy highway and traffic noise filters in. The overall attitude of the staff towards guest experience falls woefully short of the brand. So the insensitivity in sending guests to the dungeon rooms. Quite pathetic really given I have had 5 flights in 2 days and was looking forward to atleast 4 hours of good sleep!! Not recommended at all!!!

Food was really bland and they served tap water filled in water bubbles, and they claimed it was mineral water. Not sure if it was so

I was very lucky to stay at this hotel during my business trip. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They try to pro-actively help you with anything. Breakfast buffet is huge, with a variety of Western and Indian dishes and they cook to order. The cook himself made good suggestions, and I found great things for me to try. The hotel surroundings are nice: You have a jungle feeling, but there are no bugs or mosquitos to be seen. The hotel is close to most IT companies, making it a perfect location for a business trip.

The only downside is that downtown Hyderabad is at least 1h drive or more, and thus the hotel is badly located for sightseeing.

Beautiful and Serene location, spacious and caring staff. Apt place for parties and evening get-togethers.

I visited this place as part of my company corporate event for three days. Great atmosphere but the only Week link is food spread, poor and fewer choices of main course all three days the same, no variety for such a hotel? Don't get it.

Their brunches are quite good. Service could be a bit more lively though.

Quite hotel. Not exactly what you expect out of Hyatt but still the environment is a bit serene as the property is on a kind of small hill. A bit costly considering the place but very good for business meeting and business stay.

It's a very good place, visible from the road. It's unlike the usual hotel more in it's spread than it's height. They have a couple of good restaurants and a nice lawn just next to one of the restaurant. They have a good setup to host events for 100-150 people with a half open and half closed setting, giving you the best of both worlds. They light up the place very well during events which gives it a very good look. Overall a good place to visit.

Attended one of our friend's son's birthday. The food is really good and the surrounding, interior was absolutely stunning.

Attended ICC Indian hackthon. The food is up-to the mark.service and hospitality is great by the staff, biryaani is really tasty. And Buffet worthy of price

What made my stay a amazing experience is the courtesy of front desk staff. A very special mention of Priya on front desk who went beyond normal to take care of our special request.. thank you very much. I will surely return back .

Nice place, too quiet... Standard rooms relatively small, internet service not that great.

Number of varieties for lunch buffet is very less. Also the taste is not suitable for someone who likes native food

Nothing to complain. Accomodation was a real expierience. Every technical equipment worked like expected. WiFi is quite fast! Fresh water deliveries every day. Gym is small but really everything contained to train the whole body. A real nice restaurant with a awesome breakfast and a great Indian/Asian Buffet. Security is available but ver polite. Extremely motivated and friendly staff! Good hotel if you work in the IT park! Check it out. I can only recommend!!!
