hyatt place pune Review

We were there for one birthday celebration party. They have wide variety of testy Food. Decor is simple and yet exquisite. The staff is extremely polite and well mannered, I would say a wonderful experience delivered by the hotel

Not very impressed with Hyatt place. The food, quality, service nothing matches with brand name. They need to improve big time.

The place is cool, it's just too expensive, the swimming pool is beautiful but not too deep, it would have been fun if it was still deeper. The space is small and the outer color of the building is not as good as it is, this is my view that may be different from yours. If you have read it now, then please do it.

24*7 open is the only thing I liked about the coffee room in this place.

This is my first visit to pune regards to my work and i was very worried about the stay as i had to stay for 3 months, then my friend recommended me Hyatt place. My other colleagues were staying in nearby hotel, so i thought i would also prefer that, but my friend insisted me to get a room in Hyatt. It has become my second home. The people at the reception are very welcoming. Especially the house keeping staff , they are just amazing. Special mention about Kushiyal, i need not ask or guide him about what i need. If he is cleaning the room i cannot even worry of anything, i can just stay calm, he does everything and even after keeping all the things, he ensures to ask if i need anything else to put in the room.

I thank each and every person of the staff, you guys are all amazing.

If you are visiting pune, i would say Hyatt place is the best place to stay.

Stayed at Hyatt Place for a corporate get together yesterday.
The reception staff was very friendly, courteous and managed the crowd of around 200 people efficiently.
Breakfast and lunch had good variety and taste was also good.
Restaurant staff were friendly and quick to clean tables and help visitors with anything they wanted from the kitchen.
Rooms were nice and clean.
Has a swimming pool and gym and both were very well maintained.
Wifi is the best which was included in the package. Wifi coverage was in entire hotel area. The speed was around 5.5 MBPS was was very nice to upload videos and pictures of the event to youtube and played youtube without buffer.

Overall stay was very nice and highly recommended.

Good ambience, great menu. The food quality was great. The food itself was simple and to the point. There were very few vegetarian options in the dessert menu though.

We had my brother' engagement and my daughter's bday. Both the functions were very well managed by them.
The food was excellent.. Their starters, salads are a must to have... Wenever u visit this place.
I just love their Phirni. Trust me.. You will want to have more and more..

Visited Hyatt Place Hinjewadi to book a outdoor venue for our family event of around 100 guests.The meeting with Hyatt manager went well.We conveyed them on same day that we were interested in finalising the venue.They shared the cost sheet next day on email and it was decided to meet and pay the advance and confirm the booking.We were in touch with the manager for next 2-3 days on phone however he started giving us reasons that he was busy with his schedule hence was not able to take out time to meet us for confirming the booking which was very strange because in hotel business customer is a priority.On third day we met the managers they said that they had booked the venue for someone else as the group was corporate, number of people were more.Here they forgot the ethics and booked the venue for corporate event instead of booking for us.

The venue should be booked for customers on first come first served basis.However the management shown interest only in the profit and completely put ethics ,principals at backstep.I had very good image of Hyatt in my mind which has changed completely after this incident.

Good ambience specially the pool side. Food is good, but can be improved.

We visited here for 2 day session.
1. Placed in a much needed place in Hinjewadi.
2. Easy to locate and get here.
3. Ample parking place.
4. Good service by the emoyees here.
5. Food taste and many more options than other similar places.

Place near to IT Park - Phase 1,valet parking is available, dining is good

Decent place for business conferences.
Located in phase 1 of Hinjewadi , is at a minimal distance from major corporate parks which adds as bonus.

The food and service is good.

Worst new year party.DJ wale Babu and baby both were interns. They played each songs for 5 mins until you mug up the lyrics.Food and drinks were Okay okay but not worth the money.

Went to the restaurant for a quick bite, their salads were decent. It is good that they are open for 24 hours

Perfect combo of food,ambience and comfort. Not much variety though on the Ala-carte menu but a customized order was delivered perfectly. Best place to hangout with family and friends.

Food is average, the rooms are well furnished, clean and comfortable. The bar had a small selection of drinks. The pool is good.

Good 4* place to stay specially for those visiting hinjawdi. Good place to hold functions for 200 people. Food quality is good. Service for functions needs up gradation.

Would definitely recommend this as an option to stay when visiting Pune.

This hotel is global brand. It is very clean, luxurious and has good amenities. This place has peaceful and happy ambience. This hotel is clearly visible from traffic and also has enough parking space for both 2/4 wheeler's. It's too expensive for middle class people but one can say that it has value for money.

good ambience but i didnt find it worth of my money. they still need to improve a lot in whole. food is not upto the mark
