Going with the brand name....the service expected ...

Going with the brand name....the service expected is very very high.... however, the restaurant service was very disappointing! Long waits for accompaniments served on the table.
What was further disappointing was the wait for the bill. I had opted for online coupons and submitted the same the moment I entered the restaurant. Still there was error in the billing and is now under process for reimbursement.
While this is tolerable at other places, expectations from the brand Hyatt is higher.
I would therefore request and expect some improvements with respect to the service provided at the restaurant to make the experience better n memorable!
