Super friendly and attentive service - we had a birthday in our group and the staff went above and beyond to make it special and help us get a reservation on short notice. Nice ambiance in lobby restaurants. Rooms can be a little small, but very comfortable

I selected this hotel thanks to Google. Hyatt Paris Madeleine has a really nice location a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and to the Louvre as well. Rooms are small but comfy, tidy and clean me like it.

A beautiful hotel where to stay when visiting Paris. The advantage of being in more beautiful neighborhoods, and near department stores.
I preferred to visit for a drink at the bar, where moult drinks are offered. Impeccable service in every moment.

A very nice hotel, ideally located not far from the Grands Boulevards. Lovely staff! Our room was large and very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious. In times of Covid, a little treat to forget about bad weather

Super friendly staff, great rooms, never disappoints .. walking distance to tourist areas. The Hyatt Paris Madeleine has always kept up to highest standards of hotel services. I have been lucky enough to travel the world and I can say from first hand that the Hyatt experience sets all other hotels apart. The Madeleine offers a lounge with bar service (order The 1789) as well as a restaurant on the first floor.

Excellent hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Excellent views of the city from our room. Centrally located so easy to get to tourist attractions. Will return.

I have been a loyal Hyatt member for many years. Have had mostly good experiences with some bad. But my horrible experience at Hyatt Paris Madeleine is what finally pushed me to look elsewhere. Will never stay at Hyatt again.

A hotel worth noting. The staff is extremely polite and welcoming.

I used the SPA and gym service for couple of hours and I really liked the level of the quality in all aspects.

Enjoy your stay!

What a pleasure to be very well received with tea and coffee by Mathilde who is at the Top! This hotel is beyond reproach in terms of the quality of service. The room service is succulent and efficient. As for the sauna, it is worthy of saunas in Germany. We will be back with pleasure to test the brunch.

Front desk Staff is very nice and answers all your questions in several languages (ours was English). We stayed 3 days, but the mini bar was never replenished, though we let them know on the next day of our arrival. Our 1st floor room was roomy enough, I wondered why there were no drapery sheers with the blackout drapes, but hey, that's minor.

I asked housekeeping to leave us extra coffee, and they obliged us. The food/bar staff is quite proper and kind. I thought the Cafe M buffet breakfast was a little on the expensive side ( 39/pp as of this review), esp if you're pressed for time and won't eat everything on their extensive menu. Though still delicious.

Hotel bar. In the lounge bar on the 34th floor of this skyscraper hotel, there is a "coppole" reminiscence of Lost in Translation. A bar 15 meters long, a luminescent and changing ceiling, the glittering Eiffel tower ... It can be Paris or any metropolis with, side cocktails, forgotten recipes and great twisted classics.

The answer to every question you have is always yes sir with a smile on their face. I just came from a Hilton the night before in London and it was horrible in every way, so I was looking for things to be wrong at this Hyatt, I couldn't find one thing. The room was beautiful and so clean. The staff was so helpful and made my stay perfect. We ate in the restaurant and had room service, the food was delicious both times.

I visited this establishment for a business breakfast.

From the first step, I fell in love with this establishment. Luxurious without being ostentatious, elegantly decorated ... And above all, protected from the crowds that frequent the big breweries at this early hour. What a pleasure to enjoy the sun, comfortably installed under the magnificent Eiffel glass roof that adorns the ceiling. I felt particularly comfortable in this setting. Undoubtedly the Zen effect of the oriental touches and the many references to tea, my favorite drink.

Card side, precisely. The hotel offers a Business Breakfast at 19 (hot drink, fresh fruit juice and pastries). Of course, I selected a tea from the excellent house of Betjeman & Barton. Their Eden Rose is a delight (mixture of Ceylon, flowers, fruits and vanilla).

Now, I can't wait to try the brunch and the gourmet dinner at La Chinoiserie. A very Parisian program in perspective. And then, who knows, maybe one evening I could spend a princess night in the sublime suite on the 7th floor and its terrace with a breathtaking view of Paris.

Top quality hotel that I expect from the Hyatt wherever I go in the world. Wonderful rooms, comfortable bedding and good tv/internet set up. The breakfast was delicious everyday, really appreciated the juices and breads. Enjoyed our whole 5 nights here, wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Sunday brunch is all very well done although there is less variety than in other hotels of the same category from other chains. The interesting thing is the atelier workshop for children that allows parents to rest for a while while they eat. Apart from the buffet you can choose a hot dish.

I am currently a guest. We booked our honeymoon at this specific location based off of a picture of the rooftop. My wife was told at check in there is no roof. Then we learned it was part of the presidential suite only.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff have been accommodating. However my wife is very very disappointed, as am I. We only booked this hotel for the rooftop- which is not accessible.

VERY unsatisfied.

A very nice establishment in the heart of Paris! Cozy and discreet, this hotel is ideal for an intimate stay in Paris. The rooms are very nice and the welcome was lovely! The restaurant is very nice and the ideal breakfast: not too big, dishes (waffles, etc) on demand for an additional charge (5 on average). Note a slight wait each time at breakfast and at the restaurant to take the order and receive the dishes.

The first thing you need to know about this hotel ...

The first thing you need to know about this hotel is that the service here is OUTSTANDING! The rooms are typically European in size, so don't expect an over sized place. While this is a name brand hotel that most North Americans will recognize, it has a boutique feel to the place. Everything about this place oozes refine and the staff take great pains to get to know each guest. Everyone from the bellmen to the people at the front desk are one better than the next.
Located within walking distance to the Champs Elysees, The Arc de Triomphe and the opera district, you're right in the heart of it all but have the benefit of being on a quieter street. with proximity to the Metro. There are a number of very good restaurants nearby, but the staff made superb recommendations outside the area as well.
I will definitely be staying here upon future travels to Paris.

Front desk team need more training. Not very friendly some of them.
Kampung restoran Hyatt is best food ever. Recommended food stay, lamb soup, kiwi soup .
Room with seaview is the best ever view. Room service is good and fast. Overall is happy moment.

Room and bathroom quite small! The gilded fittings and Vohange change nothing! Clean and quiet! Air condition relatively loud! Breakfast buffet moderately! But but restaurant and wine offer excellent! Is very central to all attractions! Vallet Parking possible in the underground garage! Staff very polite and helpful!
