Good hotel for clients as it's located near to many IT companies

Awesome place but needs better hospitality and coordination amongst the folks running the show

I actually loved this place mainly because of the way it has been built this particular hotel has a lot of greenery around it makes you feel like you are cocooned in the lap of nature

One thing is disappointed as it's completely outside for the events...and if it's Summer, u can't stay outside at all, and if it's rainy season it's difficult again

Excellent place to stay in a quit area. Breakfast outside is really nice, with the morning sun.

Great location and property but they really need to do the little things a lot better. Couldn't find a plug point that worked so took me 20 minutes to make a cup of coffee in the morning. Check out took much longer than expected as they couldn't find my credit card charge slip from the pre-approval the night before. Finally left without it.

Loved it more than the park..... I would prefer Hyatt again

The hotel is very nice with a nice parking. The hotel exudes class, however, the only problem which I accustomed was the entry point or main gate as it was not easily visible from the main road after the U turn, and I had to ask the reception to help me regarding the same also I would like to point out that Google maps is also showing wrong entry for the hotel main gate which created all the confusion.

If you are choosing this place for a party dinner like new year eves, please dont expect great experience as all the good tables are kept for staff families and the manager out there is not at all courteous. Very poor hospitality. They don't maintain transparency in telling you whether they will be able to meet your requirement especially when you give clear instructions at the time of booking..... Look at heightrs, these people are replying to some Ramesh as a response to my review... Totally lost

Nice hotel nice service and located in financial district

Absolutely awesome hotel with one of the best services we have ever experienced in Indian hotels. The restaurant options are great too. Plan to stay here every time we visit Hyderabad in future.

This Hyatt hotel has only two restaurants: one is buffet and the other is a la carte. Even though Hyatt could do with more variety of restaurants, ambience and food steals the show! The pizza here is a must try and inspired from genuine Italian pizza with no toppings and 4 kinds of cheese. The spaghetti is sumptuous too however the quantity doesn't keep up with the price.

The staff's conversations with the guest was wonderful...........they are treating like a king of that kingdom................................................................

The hotel is an awesome Addison to Hyderabad. Rooms were excellent. Do not miss the restaurant. The items were too good

The banquet was great. The food was good too. Although the variety was limited.

I stayed there for a week and i have to bear them. Such an unprofessional hotel you never get the services for what you pay. I unfortunately booked for a week Else i couldnt have been stayed more than a day. Never book this hotel there are alternate options of sheraton and lemon tree near by go for that

Wrost service do not go for thali or office lunch waste of money no taste at all if you ask them water they will normal water even u ask for chilled water they will serve Normal water wrost experience I ever had strongly disagree with Hyatt services and the more wrost thing is that even you can't take pictures

I regularly visit this place. A home away from home. Great breakfast with many varieties served in the menu. Hospitality is excellent. Love this place always.

Have been twice there ,not up to the mark , service and quality not good.

Visited for company celebrations, not up to the mark. Food is not so good

After covid, the hotel environment was not lively as expected. Since no swimming pool, no water fountain. It was dull. Rooms and service was good. I like the breakfast.

I don't want to defame hotel but am writing my experience on 8th Sept 2017 .We went hotel for buffet ,food is hopeless ,they charged 1500plus taxes but ,very few dishes ,too much salt , desserts were outdated also and ambience is congested and hopeless .Next day we had stomach upset also.When you charge that much please give good service,strange thing is you have charged 200rs for only water bottle.

The lunch buffet is awesome....Amazing ambience n service.Good on your pocket too!!!

In the middle if financial district away from the city.... But the look and feel is great. Food is OK.

I loved everything there, but only if I could get a stay there I can explore more, I was only a guest in a meeting.

Too costly charged 9k+tax ( 12k).. while online of Hyatt website shows 7k for the night ...

Very peaceful place and different type multi restaurant and bar, swimming pool and luxury rooms...

Visited on 2nd March. We opted for buffet, but hotel staff was not courteous enough to help us with water even. Avoid this place

Love the pool side but beware of the mosquitoes. Decent food and drinks, though.

Nice ambience but the food sucked. Especially the starters served. The Pander was hard and non veg was pretty average.

It is a nice place but just decent. Nothing special. Not much variety with the food.
