hyatt hyderabad Review

Great location. Large land, small hotel. Nice lawns though for get togethers. This was supposed to be a-la Ananda Spa in Himalayas. Started with great expectations but soon got neglected. All promise of Ananda Spa / Ista never happened. Property maintained by Hyatt like another hotel. Nothing special about it.

On visiting the washroom at 10 in the night found it is a very sorry state so much fir a facility in a five star

It is a wonderful hotel in which you really feel that it is in India. Friendly staff that willingly and patiently answer any questions that are too untypical. Excellent cuisine and if you are curious about local food is surprised by staff with such a try (delicious, but a high degree of sharpening you have to like). Thanks for the sons time.

Beautiful hotel best ambiances over great taste and service

hyatt gachibowali is having very good and unique architecture. it is wheelchair accessible. food is ok.

Place is really good to visit. Best holiday visit with friends and family. Infrastructure is very cool.

Attended a workshop on their ball room . Great facility . Few observations .

Drinking water service is pathetic, glasses are not managed well, no service inside the room , creating hygiene issues .

Tea time snacks selection was not appropriate , sandwiches with tea in after noon is not a good idea

The sole reason why I give a 5-star rating to my experience at this hotel is because of executive chef Jitendra.
Chef Jeetu is an artist in the kitchen. While his specialty is Italian food, he made me the very best seafood biryani and fish curry I have ever had. He also attended to my corky dessert request for Nutella banana dosa!

The food was Ok we had an Alumni meet there... it may be because of the choice of the items they have opted.

Wonderful Ambience. I had the best poolside dinner of my life.
Update[June 2018] Visited again for yet another Poolside dinner. The ambience is mind-blowing in day light. Food is above average, but the whole experience was great.

Hyatt has always been giving the best services. Good quality of food. Very calm place. Good atmosphere. Amazing staff, keeps up to your expectations.

We were at deori restaurant for a team dinner. The restaurant lacks the quality service of Hyatt. Food was cold and average taste. Service was slow and cold as the food as well.

Very good restaurant with tasty food. Restaurant staff were courteous to serve the items.

Had a chance to visit the hotel for attending a conference and I was thrilled to find out how they ruined the taste of the biryani by making the rice like gullati(patients rice) with mutton curry on it to be called it as Mutton Biryani

The only I found good is the Dahi Puri & Paneer Masala it was awesome and finger licking

Also 1-2 items in the starters where cooked very well and they took over the biryani even though they are veg items but with their cooking style they overtook the non veg item

Unfortunately high price which you pay just goes for the place and not for the food. I would recommend to try other place for food and avoid Hyatt restaurant.

Nice hotel at heart of financial district. Lobby and parking could have been better.

Good property but horribly managed. The management should be disappointed on the fact that they could not handle a new year party properly and take care of their in-house guests.

It was an unforgettable experience to be at Hyatt Hyderabad, Gachibowli. I was here to attend an event on a Saturday night. The ambiance, the services, and the management, everything is perfectly sorted out here. Every time one visits this place, I am sure it's gonna be totally worth the time.

Great place to stay and 2 great restaurants. One with indian, asian and thai spread of buffet and second with pure indian spread including chats and indian special sweets. Very good staff

Small rooms, breakfast was average. Especially coffee was not at all hot even after reminding the staff. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.
