hyatt hyderabad Review

Hotels is filled with lots of plants and trees, that gives you a cool breeze and soothing effect to your eyes in the hot weather too. More of like resort than hotel to be frank.

Went for the Sunday Brunch. Food was average, not very fresh. Didn't feel worth it. The staff was courteous and the property is amazing. So it's not a place that foodies would love to visit. It's more of a place to relax on a Sunday afternoon with average expectations from food.

We visited here with the whole team for a team dinner with high expectations....but Food is not that much tasty

It's a hidden gem. Helpful staff. Serene walking area in bustling city.

It is good but will not recommended for physically challenged or senior citizens . Never seen such a low Potty

its a great place, yet staff need to he trained a LOT more. n

I was a regular visitor few years back when it was called Ista. Somehow now I feel disappointed everytime we visit and this time went for team lunch. Very few buffet options, food lacks the taste and so overall not a enjoyable experience. Staff is friendly and polite as usual. They should really rethink on buffet spread options.

Small rooms. Beautiful location in financial district

I went to attend my office meeting. Our meeting was in Istana Hall. It was an average conference hall. The chairs were not good. The hall was average in look. Compared to Sheraton's Jade Hall, this Istana Hall is not good enough.

Nice hotel. Very good service. Very good breakfast. Very enjoyable ambience. They have two restaurants onsite - Deori. I like the concept. They serve food from two Indian states every night - one from the north and one from the south. The other restaurant - Collage, the food is just Ok.

We visited Collage restaurant in Hayatt and had dinner buffet. It was OK experience as variety in buffet was not much and taste was also bland

Neat, clean and serene place - though the service attitude could have been a little better.

Oh yeah I loved this place because of its ambience and it's a quiet place and it's near ICICI bank financial district.

We happen to see a live rat moving around at continental counter of Collage, Hyatt Gachibowli

The property is good with lot of greenery inside. The food was ok but the service and staff courtesy was really poor.

Set amidst greenery, an oasis of calm in Hyderabad's Financial District. Stayed at the Hyatt Suite for a couple of nights - the rooms were big, bright and very well maintained. It included a huge balcony for lazing around as well.

Only let down was the Food, although the service was good.

Had dine in one of the dining room of Hyatt Gachibowli, Collage, the restaurant offering home style Asian and Italian food in a refreshing ambience... However, starters served initially was not hot and so we requested them for the same. The overall experience is good as I have chosen for buffet dinner for five person. Good varieties of food is available here. The menu changes every day there.

Nice hotel, great outdoor areas. Rooms are simple, maybe a bit small but the experience is nice overall. Staff is super friendly.

The ambience provided for events within the premises of Hyatt does speak about Hyatt. I attended a dandiya event called Radhe Radhe at Hyatt. It was in an open lawn in Hyatt. It rained heavily that afternoon and the lawn was all muddy. I understand that it is an unforeseen circumstance. But the worst part was that we weren't even allowed to enter Hyatt from this lawn, even for washrooms. Standalone box washrooms were available and there was no light there. Worst experience!

Good Ambience, nice place. Went there for a conference. Lunch and high tea were good.
Unfortunately the carpet in the conference hall was very dirty. Didn't expect that in such a place.

Very spacious and good landscape and gardens. Right in center of Gachibowli SEZ area.

As compare to other hyaat property no doubt its an big property. Services were good. The pool was untidy and no changing or refreshment room available near pool.

Awesome food, excellent service just like all Hyatt hotels. Only disappointing part was too much decentralization so each department will take your request separately. It is good and bad both but it kills time for sure. I am excited to stay with this chain forever. Although i am not a drinker but my friends who came with me enjoyed the service and taste.

Don't go for buffet here. Very less options. Service is also not good. So much time the took to bring things that too in a corporate party.

Hotel was built with good landscapes sounded, full greenery, ample parking space, lavish buffet items which I have not expected there, loved the food, no complaints on any single item, outdoor seating available. Overall enjoyed my lunch here!!

What an elegant, classy, and amazingly maintained place. From the great customer service and incredible staff to the cleanliness. Well, my best experience having here was a cup of Espresso it was just out of my expectations. It was remarkably a great served ever and so yeah, I go for the second cup wow!!..(Thanks to Noam ma'am from the service department )

I spent 4 days at the Hyatt Gachibowli Hyderabad on Dt.15-18feb 2020. I had the best time of my life. The staff was amazing, smiling, and extremely friendly. Clean and neat, in the middle of the city, walk-in distance from most of Hyderabad attractions. I ll come back for my next leisure. Thank you so much. I would like to send a special thanks to Ma'am Nicita & Sunita from the front office department.

Like any other Hyatt...but cleaner and shinier coz of it's relatively newest interiors
