Nice, clean hotel with polite staff. Usually quiet with the exception of occasional planes passing overhead from SJC. Love the coffee shop/market in the lobby.

Loved it. Staff super helpful and they made me feel very comfortable. It can get a little noisy during the night, but other than that it was great and I'd recommend this hotel to friends and family as well as I will be coming back.

This is a great Hyatt. The location is super central to the South Bay, and there are a good variety of restaurants within a 1 mi radius of the hotel. There are also movie theaters, Great America theme park and Levi Stadium within 1 mi.

This is without a doubt the best, and I had a fantastic time here. If I had to rate this hotel on a scale of one to ten, I would give it a perfect ten!

This is a hotel that works! If you need anything, chances are Hyatt Regency can accommodate. Rooms on the higher floors have fantastic views of Levis Stadium and mountains around Santa Clara Valley. I especially love their outdoor pool area landscaped with palm trees, which make you feel like you're on a leisure vacation. You can order meals and snacks using a touchscreen kiosk in the lobby and their is a small mini market where you can buy coffee and snacks. There is also a very spacious bar if you're in the mood for cocktails.
Internet WiFi is usually pretty good but their are times when the speed slows down or even freezes. I thought the fitness room had all the necessary equipment for a complete workout and I did have a fantastic workout using their fitness facilities. I would definitely stay again at Hyatt Regency in Santa Clara.

Staff is very nice and stadium s view rooms are very beautiful to stay. Front Office manager Vanda Tavares is very polite & helpful.

Great stay! Would be better if the hotel provided stays for solo travelers.

They complemented my parking for some misunderstanding at check in. It could of been $25, but if your a member they will charge you $10 and there is no valet at this time. Other than that room was nice and comfortable! Pool was excellent and lounge area was exceptional!

Our stay was amazing! The staff was super friendly, and upon checkout, confirmed the charges to the room. I really appreciated this since the globalist free breakfast benefit was a la carte at the market and "charged" to the room due to the lounge being closed for COVID-19. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again next time!
