Did not take action on customer concerns/issues. A/C failed to keep the room comfortable during the event. Multiple issues with food (IE disregarding ingredients that Wedgwood was notified prior to paperwork being signed), multiple requests needing to be made for drinks to be brought out to tables.

Today I played golf at Wedgewood Country Club in Turnersville NJ. We booked our tee time based on an advertised rate on the Wedgewood CC website of $40. When arriving at the club, the manager insisted that the advertised rate would not be honored and charged each member of the group $59.00. The manager claimed that these were the owners instructions.

This type of bait and switch advertising is not legal, and should not be tolerated by the surrounding community. This type of fraud gives all small businesses a bad name.

If you have some type of allergy or if you like things that you specifically request to actually be acted on; I would highly suggest you find a different venue. Also, the air does not work properly, our guests were visibly sweating while seated. Several requests were made to turn the air down (the owner states that there is no issue with the air; however, a previous review obviously states otherwise). We had to ask several times for something besides water...our soda was served to us in a paper cup -- the kind that you would get a fast food restaurant. The bill was handed to us in front of our guests with more than an hour left in our party. The managers were rude, condescending, and nothing short of liars. If you're looking for a professional, competent, detail oriented type of venue, then I suggest you RUN AWAY FROM HERE. I wish I could leave no stars after what I experienced here.

The course would get monotonous after so....a lot of 4 and 3 par holes. Tee boxes were mostly hard dirt, greens had tons of divets. If all your getting is alcohol then fine but not much more then hotdogs and burgers, also, no BYOB. At FULL price NO, however $20-25ish then yes. Ranger was annoying, staff was OVERcourteous....

We go here every few months. It s always wonderful food and a nice atmosphere. There is ample free parking and reservations are preferred, but not necessary. It s not a t-shirt and sneakers clientele kind of place.

such a shame. cute little place, but they had no regard to an allergy that we specifically asked not to include in the food. not once, not twice, but many times. we hosted a bridal shower here last weekend and the bride is allergic to garlic. so we specially many times requested no garlic. period. in the contract as well to not add the ingredient the bride was allergic to. and what did they cook with? garlic. even after all the precautions we took on our end to ensure that ingredient was not added. and when they rebutted back instead of simply apologizing, they stated that they do not normally make requests for the entire party, but would just make a separate meal without. well guess what, they didn't do that either. thank goodness the bride asked if the food had garlic in it before she ate it. or she would have been so sick and the place would have been held even more responsible. and the meal they cooked her was clearly an afterthought. nothing that we even originally ordered. if a paying customer has to ask several times in person and on the phone and they still messed up and blamed on the customer that we were not diligent enough? that is just absolutely un acceptable. they clearly dropped the ball and instead of owning it and trying to apologize and make it right they were full of excuses. their tone was rude and unapologetic. what if had been an airborne allergy and they disregarded all efforts to avoid the allergy like they did this time. they could have sent the bride to the hospital or worse. and the worst part was when we confronted them again and they were aware of our reviews, they asked us to take them down. so what another person with an even more severe allergic reaction can go through an even worse experience? that is not the right way to run a business or treat an allergy. so anyone who has special food needs, beware, because they clearly do not care about the outcome of their paying guests.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! BUYERS BE AWARE!!!! This is the worst place to have your event for a guest of honor if they have a food allergy. My surprise bridal shower was held here and it was made known that I have a food allergy with garlic on several occasions before this place was booked by my sister and mother. They said they accommodate food allergies, well they DID NOT! The buffet was set up, and IF I HAD NOT SPECIFICALLY ASKED to double check if there was any garlic in the food, this could have turned out so bad. I was told that there is definately garlic in at least two of the dishes, but oh are you the bride, we have a separate meal for you?!? I had to wait for my food to be made and all I, THE GUEST OF HONOR, received was a plate of grilled chicken and steamed vegetables. It may have been accommodating to other guests attending if they had a food allergy, but while everyone is eating the specific meal that was requested to be garlic free for me for MY shower, by my family, which included roast beef, stuffed shells, mashed potatoes, vegetables and salmon I am eating a plate of grilled chicken. The menu was picked because the food (minus garlic) is everything I like to eat, not chicken. Garlic is able to be left out if all your food is freshly prepared on site. I was not given an option of what I could have, except to ask if salt and pepper was ok. We brought this to the attention of the manager Genie who will probably be reading this, after our guests left, because we had to attend to them and our party. Genie, the manager would not stop interrupting us when we were voicing our concern. She was very loud and nasty and defensive and her response was "this has never happened before and told us the chef could have remade the buffet in 20 minutes without the ingredient" which is a lie. This should have been done per the request from the beginning and per our contract. Our contract stated that the bride has a garlic allergy. This is extremely serious, food allergies should be taken more seriously, they are not just an allergy if injested. Food allergies are also airborne, so even if you remade the food, the entire rooms were already filled with the smell of garlic, that was to be left out. Airborne allergies can have a reaction such as hives, lethargy, anaphylactic, needing an EpiPen or ambulance, IBS, diarrhea, vomiting, sensitive to light, headache, nausea, nothing pleasant for the GUEST OF HONOR! You made the decision to include the ingredient in all of the prepared food and not verify the type of allergy was FULLY accomodated. If it is requested to not have an ingredient by the ones booking and your food can not be made with out it then, YOU need to notify the patrons booking your facility or come up with a menu to accommodate their wishes and guest of honor's allergy. If you can not accommodate the menu picked or come to terms with a menu that is suitable, then part separate ways or allow them to bring in their own food. Don't be selfish to keep the booking while making all of the food with the allergin, to potentially have a worst case scenario reaction noted above. It was made known that if the food could not be made without the garlic, that my family will book another facility. No where was it stated or made aware to us that I would be getting a separate plate that was not even the food chosen. I did not get any thing from the menu we picked, garlic free. I got chicken which was not on the menu that my family chose. My family did an amazing job with every attention to detail, you and your team and chef failed to follow their ONE request for their guest of honor and the main reason for the party. Thank you for ruiening my once in a lifetime event and the last event to celebrate with my family before MY big day. I think there should be more of a compensation then what was given. You can give your generic response to please contact the management team, but we already have and that got us no where. It's beyond ridiculous that we even had to pay for any of the food since it was not prepared as requested.

Members were rude and jumped our group without asking and then had us wait for them on su subsequent holes.. Marshall suggested we play best ball. Meanwhile, the worst golfer was 3 over through 7. Starter was pleasant and course was in good shape for the price.

August 2016. The grounds crew killed all of the grass. Staff said nothing to us about course condition when we arrived and paid there full weekday afternoon price of $45. All the fairways were straight dirt and dead grass. When I say dirt I mean bare dirt. All the greens were aerated. Worst course condition I have ever played. Staff inside apologized, I didn't waste my time asking for a refund.

Only gave it one star because I cannot give it negative. How a course can charge $60 for a weekday tee time when they barely have any grass from hole 1-18 is beyond me. An absolute waste of money, and that's before talking about how every single green is dry rotted. Genuinely looks like someone poured diesel fuel all over the course (greens included) and they filled in all of the dead spots (essentially the entire course) with gray sand. Jacked up when landing in the rough is preferable to the fairway; do yourself a favor and golf somewhere else, anywhere else.

This course is mis-represented on Google and Golf Advisor. The layout has potential but there are many downfalls that will chase you away from this course.

- Bunkers are unplayable. Filled with rocks and barely any sand.
- Missing rakes at both fairway and grenade bunkers.
- Ant mounds on multiple greens.
- Unmaintained edging around the bunkers.
- Rough was long due to lack on maintenance
- $5 deposit for a golf cart key is tacky to say the least.
- 5 hr round to include a delayed start.

The layout has so much potential but the course is managed poorly.

I have been trying to give this course a for 20 odd years. I live less than a mile from the course. It ALWAYS disappoints me. ALWAYS!
Great layout,. Bad conditions,. Greens are never kept up. It's not the maintenance crews fault either. The owner just does not put the money into this course. Pretty much that simple. Never will play it again.

Decent course - $60 for a Friday afternoon rate. Not too long and most holes are nice and straight, just not well maintained. Could just be it s late in the season in September as I write this. But course has great potential. Friendly service and bar in the clubhouse. Not far drive from philly either.

Food was great unfortunately the room was too small for the crowd of people that were there. Never have 10 people out of table just too crowded and no room to go from table to table. Other than that it was a nice affair and would recommend it.

Played there today for $44 course was in fair shape some holes very nice some very boring was a great day out not very crowded I would play again but not for more than $44 and think it will go up in peak season as I see other reviews where they spent $60 not worth that nicer courses for that price but for today I was ok with price maybe they learned they are not a $60 golf course and be less expensive

I know the guys on the Grounds Crew at Wedgewood care about the conditions from Tee to Green and The Head Greenskeeper Marty keeps it as Consistent and as Well kept as any Track around the Tri State Area. Hes got 24 years under his belt at Wedgwood so I'm willing to bet he has nothing but the best intentions for us golfers and his golf course. So head over there and play and don't worry bout Driver worry about your putter thats where you will need help trust me.

Today we went to The Wing Kitchen at the Wedgwood Country Club. I had seen a segment on the location Fox station and decided to give them a try. The only word I can use to describe these wings is Outstanding. I got 1/2 dozen dry wings and the sauce sampler. Every single one of them was fantastic. I literally loved all six. If you asked me to pick a favorite I would not be able to do it. My wife got the chicken tenders and is a direct quote "these are the best dang chicken tenders I ever ate." Those tenders also found there way into my wing sauces. She too can not pick one sauce she liked best. And don't forget the fries. The are cut fresh every day and you can taste the difference. Last but not least we got a fried donut with with salted caramel sauce. Another winner. I was not disappoint in anything I ate today at The Wing Kitchen.

Course, always interesting, is in much better shape than earlier reviews led me to believe. Maybe 3 greens on the back side are patchy around the edges, most tee boxes are fine and fairways good. A good walk on a challenging layout.

I have played this course in past years and It have never seen it this bad. There are weeds everywhere the greens are burn out and the tees are in terrible shape. I was led to believe that divots was an excellent restaurant however the bartender ignored us and another guest looked us up and down. Words can t describe how awful this place has become. They needed to pay me to play at the course. I am embarrassed to live in this town with this horrible golf facility.

Tough, challenging public golf course that makes you think about all your shots from tee to green. Golf course conditions are consistent throughout the year. Definitely would play the course again. Wish it was closer to me!

We golfed Sunday, 8/29, and couldn't have been more disappointed with the conditions and staff of the place. For $65, you are getting ripped off.

1. Tee Boxes - mostly dirt
2. Fairways - mostly dirt
3. Bunkers - hardpacked with rocks
4. Greens - recently aerated
5. Staff - making racist comments.

There were two positives - the memo had gotten out to many because we were able to get out early and a hot dog cost me $1.

Go somewhere else.
