We traded in our 100k mile Jeep wrangler JK which has been a wonderful vehicle that has taken us to many remote places and bought a Rubicon Gladiator, these people are pros and won't pressure you into something you don't want, they worked out a deal that fit within our budget and we couldn't be happier, my next truck will be purchased there.
Don t usually give out five stars, but this was the exception! Successful and positive experience thanks to our wonderful sales rep Peter who was so courteous and helpful. Will definitely be returning ! Will be telling all our friends.
I bought a used car here. Paul and Ravi, the two salesman who helped me, were professional and helpful. When I brought the car back after buying it for some minor body work they had promised, and it turned out it was going to take longer than they had expected, they got me into a rental right away. I would recommend that you take a close look at any aftermarket add-ons, as these can add up quickly, and you may not want all of them. Overall, they made it a very easy, seamless experience, and were very upfront and responsive.

Edit to my last review here. Purchased a new 2021 Ram 2500 and our salesman was talking up the connected feature that this truck had and how we would be able to monitor the truck from our phones including locking and unlocking the car and remote starting it. Not a feature we thought we wanted be he sold us in it. Was told we would get a link to download the app which never came. The following day when we were contacted by the dealership courtesy clerk to make sure we were happy with the purchase I brought up this feature and that the app didn t seem to have an account for us. Was told they would get back to us, later that day get an email from the clerk stating that our truck is not equipped with this feature. I emailed back and said that our salesman had talked up this feature on this truck how could it not have it. We than received a call from our salesman stating that he didn t know that this truck didn t have this feature and offer a very unconvincing apology and that was it. I work in retail and I understand mistakes happen but it seemed this salesman truly didn t care he s already gotten his commission and moved in to the next person. I sent back an email to the clerk and copied the general manager and the sales manager to see if there was something that could be done. I did get a message back from the general manager asking his sales manager to get back to me ASAP, and here we are a week later and I haven t talked to anyone from this dealership that actually seems to care about customer satisfaction after the sale is complete. Save yourself the headache and find a dealership that actually have salesman that know the features that are included in a $70K purchase.
Emmanuel was very helpful and knew his product well, helped me get in the car I absolutely love! Made my buying process easy, answered all of my questions and concerns. Definitely would come back and ask for Emmanuel specifically for all of my future purchases!
Great service! As a young woman I m always skeptical of dealerships. After going to many dealerships and having bad experiences I finally found a dealership I will stick with for life! Sales lady Helena Aguilar made are experience quite easy and we felt very comfortable there. No pressure very informative and helpful. The whole process was pain free. We will definitely go back if we need to buy again.
