We just moved to Charlotte from Minneapolis, Recently I had a chance to check out the Charlotte branch, and I have to say it was the best experience yet. US Bank has great people no matter the location, but I have to say the Branch Manager down here in Charlotte is beyond special!

Worst EVER service I received from any of the bank. Hopeless and helpless situation now after getting an account opened in US bank. In august i leased a vehicle jeep Cherokee from us bank. I am supposed to register this vehicle in North Carolina with the copy of title. But since us bank has the copy of title I was told by local dmv to fax from a local courier service with a request to copy of title sending to dmv location. I have sent the fax request to send the copy of title to dmv several times with 100 s of calls to us bank they mentioned the request has to be from local dmv location. I tried to explain that dmv here in NC idoesnt have a service to request fax and DmV clearly mentioned multiple times that it needs to be done from me. since then Ihave been continuously trying to reach us bank to get this issue resolved since 4 months and never received a proper response. I m very disappointed and hopeless now not knowing why I got the car leased from us bank as I cannot drive the vehicle on road since it doesn t have a valid registration. I seriously want to know why associated at us bank are so helpless when someone is trying to explain with the situations that has been through. I am writing it here hoping to get atleast response to my message with some solution.

No drive through, no parking, had to wait in the doorway for over an hour to get a cashiers check and some cash. Also they apparently don't have over $5k in 100 dollar bills on hand, which just seems ridiculous! Isn't a bank supposed to have money?
