Great vets and very helpful nurses!
I trust them with my pets, I know they are getting well looked after.

I was unhappy before about communication process but the clinic has made up for it.

Got same day appointment, very helpful and caring team, will definitely come again

A big thanks to vet Kristin for looking after our cat Mabel. Kristin was so kind and friendly, as well as the whole team. Thanks to Shelley also for being so helpful with the associated insurance claim.

The quality of care has gone down over the years. Never get to see the same vet twice so you have to explain every time why you're there as they don't read the medical notes taken from the last visit. The 'good' vets seem to have left to go to work at different surgeries. Very expensive and in a difficult place to get to as ecclesall road is always busy.

Fantastic vets! We bought a little kitty in September last year and he has had a few trips to the vets for various things. We have seen two vets Armando and Caroline and they are both so friendly/calming and have been great all round :). The reception staff are also super friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend this vets. Thank you little Jazzy is one happy cat now :) xx

Everything that a vets could get wrong.. they have 110%. Forgot to do a certain procedure on pet while under their care, charged wrong price, given wrong treatment to take home, wrong label on bottles, no treatment instructions given, given wrong dosage for animal, didn't register animals microchip, the list goes on. On top of that the staff who work there are incompetent, but I guess that's obvious from the above, even when making a complaint you don't even receive a call back.. When your pets are your family you want them treated with care and they definitely weren't here. I would honestly seriously avoid this place.
