Pay by phone and they stole 23 dollars after I called to claim and they did not answer the call

The best store for tools in construction!!! Best Customer service!!!!

For truck drivers: Receiving is FCFS, they open at 8am but the receiving dock is impossible to back into if you have 53' trailer, there is simply not enough room. Other than that good experience here. Driver was able to drop trailer near the dock and they unloaded it in a timely manner.

Care Supply is the best Construction supply and support company in Tennessee!! Beth over there is the Best sales person anywhere! The ly carry the best tools and quality supplies and if they don't have it in stock, they will find it and get it for you in a hurry! I don't shop anywhere else!

Very small parking lot in back but they really try to organize with all the constant traffic flow to get you unloaded in a timely manner. If you get here after 8 a.m. it can be a little faster, but be patient, they have alot of local people picking up here all day.very friendly workers.

Care Supply is the only supply house that we buy from. Their knowledge of the products they carry is amazing. They keep things in stock, and they are always ready to help. If you need tools, ladders, hardware etc give these folks a call. The prices are better than big hardware stores and the quality of the product is better as well.

Truck entrance on west end. Using truck entrance 18 wheelers can drive behind building to dock which is facing Elm Hill Pike on east end of building. Or if you're good enough you can just back into dock from Elm Hill Pike. Your choice. Very fast unload.

Care Supply is awesome. Whether I am in there in person or placing an order from my site the guys at the desk, the will call station, and Katie on the phone always take good care of me and my company. They are very solid people and they do really good business. Thanks Care Supply.

Another one of those necessity items for putting on a crit race is safety cones. And wow are they harder to come by than you think and can really add up when you are looking for 60+ of them and they run $10-$15 a piece. We were starting to worry about finding them in time and how much it would cost us. Then we had another local Nashville business step up in a huge way. I was put in contact with Wade Buttery over at Care Supply Company. When I told him what we were doing he responded saying he is a bike racer and wants to help make the crit races a reality and help any way he could so along with his company owner they donated 60 brand new orange safety cones to us WHAT!!!! They didn't even have them in stock he put in a special order for them and vowed to get them here before the first race. You never know where things like this will come from it was totally out of the blue for me and I couldn't be happier to partner with another great local business. If you are looking for any construction/industrial supplies please give these guys a call.
