Brought my Father in for an appointment and was very impressed with the facilities and size of the place. Not your typical gym. Came back later that day for a massage and a swim. Would highly recommend to anyone of all fitness levels
My dad and I have each taken my disabled brother to the pool, though my dad has taken him more often than me and has a better time of assiting my brother when they need to use the changing room. The few times I took my brother, i was unsure of which changing room to change him in and would end up walking to the nearest handicap bathroom. Today i noticed a sign that mentioned a family changing room and thanks to Jalil, the aquatic supervisor, was able to have the comfort of an actual changing that was near the pool. I am just very happy that I'm able to help my brother dry off and change for the ride home while having a private separate space to myself to do the same.
I currently attend physical therapy there. I have already joined the gym, much cheaper and better kept then other area gyms. Excellent, attentive staff and modern working fitness equipment. Excellent place with it's own in-house cafe! 5 stars.
Place has really changed. Ridiculous rules think think are helping. Just insulting!! Know one likes management go somewhere else.
This place was great but now they have a prison-camp feel to it. Employees are RUDE now like they're doing you a favor & they are all over you the second you don't have your mask strapped over your face while you lift heavy weights. This place exemplifies IGNORANCE
The gym is beautiful but there is a woman who works at the front desk who is not very nice. More than once I ve been surprised at how rude she speaks to people, including her co workers. I don t know her name but she has brownish, reddish curly hair and works at the Clinton center in the mornings. Her manager should speak to her about not being so harsh in her words and tone. It s surprising because every other lady who has worked at that location has always been very kind and helpful. This lady should take lessons from the nice ladies who work there on how to talk to people.
This is surprisingly a complete wellcare center. The staff is amazingly positive upbeat and ready to help. The classes are plentiful, supporting any fitness level. Athletes in any age group can achieve and maintain their fitness goals.
Very pleasent environment.
These guys are the best, they let you stay after they close at 10pm if you need extra time in the sauna and steam room. They definitely don't push you out. Nice.
