Bought a RAID card from Broadcom and I am completely UNABLE to receive ANY kind of guidance. They refer to the local office, which won't pickup the phone. It's been over a 1.5 week that I waste precious time on something that should be easy fixed in 5 mins if I just could speak to someone.

They do not have anyone answering their phone it just hangs up after a message. They will not reply to their own email request to have someone contact you. This must be going out of business if they don't want any new business.

As an Emulex customer I am having a terrible experience. For a week I have only been able to get 1 email, and now response to follow up questions. The most unresponsive tech company I have every purchased product from. If you want resolvable problems, buy broadcom/emulex.
