They are responsible for shutting down the NAVY Touch and GO in Kalaloa by charging HUGE rent. Not caring about the Veterans and thousands of people who use the only Navy store with ease of access on the west side! There is a Veterans Homeless shelter less than a block away whose residents rely on the closeness of the Touch and Go until they can get on their feet! SHAME ON YOU for choosing profit over the community!

This company tore up the desert behind our home in El Paso RIGHT BEFORE WINDY SEASON. Were you all born yesterday??? We are getting absolutely sandblasted to the point we can't even breathe in our own home. This is absolutely unacceptable and people should be suing you all. EVERYONE knows how bad windy season gets here, why not start your project after?? You all better get workers out there to finish this project asap. I don't care if it's windy, if we have to suffer and deal with you all should too.

Hunt Properties manages all base housing on Randolph AFB. These houses are old and charming but grossly neglected. The management company does NOTHING to take care of these homes. Our home has an infestation of carpenter ants, cockroaches and rats! This is a universal problem among all our neighbors. I have met many families through my work as a teacher who once lived on base but moved out because of the negligent management of this community.
Hunt has ignored us, brushing off treatment and never following through with what they say will be done. The common excuse we get is that these are "historic" houses so nothing can be done. As I sit and type this review, I have been stood up four times by the maintenance office for our new flooring that was promised months ago. I could rant forever on how despicable this company is, but nothing will ever come of it.
BEWARE!!! There are many housing opportunities off base that will meet your needs infinitely better than this base housing.

This company has no respect for the homeowners in the Emerald Springs community in Horizon City. Our home is located next to the land Hunt has been developing and we are getting sandblasted everyday. We ve had to remove truckloads of sand off of our property since they started construction. Behind our property there are tall piles of dirt that blow into our backyard anytime it s windy. We put so much work into building our home and it is getting absolutely ruined due to their lack of consideration. Please address this issue ASAP as it is affecting all of our neighbors!

Great Place to work and master your trade for starters as well as learning new stuff, more emphasis needed in areas of administrative work when it comes to processing disability. A company is as great and efficient as their employees feel or treated. Boundaries needs to be drawn when it comes to residents being rude to employees lot of work needed there, most residents are great people but when the incidents occur someone has to stand up for them.
