simply to say they are one fake dodgy company operating in a corrupted land like Bangladesh. If they were operating in any other country their license would have been cancelled by now but as they are in Bangladesh they will continue to loot people's valuable money. Now, in a nutshell let me describe what I went through. I ordered an iftar platter from pinewood restaurant from this dodgy hungry naki around 5.40 pm which was 1 hour before the iftar time. I paid online and they accepted my order. After few minutes they called me and said that they cant deliver the food before iftar so do I want it to be delivered after iftar and i will get the food by 8.30 pm and I said yes go ahead. Around 8 pm I got a call from them again saying that the restaurant has been closed ( the restaurant is supposed to close at 11pm) and they cant deliver the food and whether I want it to be delivered after Eid? I said no thanks just give me the refund as I have already paid. No trace of any refund yet and I have been emailing them repeatedly but no reply. Bloody bunch of robbers they are and they did this intentionally as i paid through online in advance. be aware of this scammers.

These guys are the absolute worst.. they simply shouldn t be in this business

I really wanted to like HungryNaki. They take long to deliver, but unlike Food Panda, will deliver from restaurants that are far from you, which means you have more options.

Every time you make an order though, there is a 50% chance that the item is no longer available, or the restaurant is registered open on their website but closed in actual sense, and the list of possibilities is even longer. They keep such poor track of item stock and availability, they keep such poor track of restaurants on their platform, and their customer service keeps such poor track of open issues so that in all these possibilities, different people will be calling you and you will be reaching different people, and each time you will have to explain yourself all over again.

My piece of advice -- if you must order from them, never pay with card, and be prepared to change dinner plans. That way if they cancel, which they will likely do, you can move on without tussling over refunds.

I noticed their app has been updated recently for better service where i faced some problem last time.but finally great job. Actually they are really reliable with refunds. Definitely i will recommend to my friends & colleague for Hungrynaki .

Such a restaurant does not even give a little mayonnaise. Where do such quality less people come from? Absolutely nonsense.

I ordered once through phone call. the customer representative was so cordial. even though they allow only app based order, the guy took my order through phone call and delivered food within short time.

I had ordered from hungrynaki yesterday. Their service is great. Easy to order. It's free of delivery charge. So I think it is cheaper than most other food delivery apps.In my opinion it's the best food delivery app. You should use it at once if you want fast delivery. Because they deliver as soon as possible.

It's great to see a professional food delivery service provider like them in Bangladesh. Before this my experience with such service providers was not so good. But this time O was impressed with their prompt service & the lowest amount to be delivered is only 150taka which is also a good thing. But as far as the customer service team is concerned, some are highly professional but others have room to improve

I ordered my food at 8:30 pm today from Hungarynaki.
And I've to keep cancel my order because they can do delivery in my area, I order 3 different restaurant. and they keep telling me that they can't do delivery in my area. If was not possible for them to do delivery in my area then they shouldn't take my order. And I received my food at 12:30 am. And missing my drink. I think they need to improve their app. Need to be more clear about their delivery service. I'll not oder from them again.and I'll not recommend this app to anyone else.

Tried to pay online, but had it declined. Then paid in cash. Later noticed they also took the money from my card. Once requested support, they declined saying no cash was received. I choose to stop taking their service, and at the same time feeling sorry for them as well: when your staff started lying, you have tough time ahead.

Fraud company has taken my money when the order was cancelled and its been 25 days and they still havent refunded my cash, this is not the first time they have done this i suggest everyone to avoid this company the customer service people are frauds and the owners are well known thieves who are using this sort of tactics to steal cash from customers

They simply STOLE my 230 BDT. Time and time again their worthless delivery persons used to spill sauce on the packets while delivering the foods. And this time they simply didn't bring an item I ordered. I called their customer service twice for the missing food and no solutions have been provided. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN.

You only cover area that is around half mile radius from my location! If I can get there in 15 min ,why would I need you?I stay in Adabar and you only cover upto tajmahal road! Is it a joke?

Totally fraud i must say. On my 1st order the rider instructed me to get my delivery I had to wait in front of the restaurant. On the 2nd order I got my delivery after 03 hours of placing the order. And finally today it has been more than 07 hours since I placed my order still now it's on the process. Even they are lying after lying. At first they told me that the shopkeeper does not respond. I called shopkeeper to justify it, the shopkeeper told me that he didn't get a y call from the hungrynaki.com Then told me they are shortage of delivery persons. As there is huge rush. Ironically the truth is in Sylhet they have only 01 delivery man for the entire Sylhet. To get lunch in time u must place order before 24 hours at least I am telling this from my experience. I have already paid neither they deliver my order nor they cancel and refund the money. Totally fraud. Please don't place order through hungrynaki.com. Never ever.

Authentic... quick...reliable... & highly recommended

They cancelled my order after I already prepaid through Bkash saying they were not delivering at the location only for that day. And they said they will refund my money within 3-7 working days. This was on Aug 24. They finally refunded on September 4. That too happened after I called several times. Two times their customer service told me they'll call me the next day to let me know about the refund situation. But they did not call. It was the third time that I called and explained the whole situation anew that did the job. It was a frustrating and tiresome experience.

Complicated to change ph number in system to so they canceled my ordered food. Funny. Also as per the picture food quality was not great.

Worst service ever.. and the customer service representative all are useless , after 3 hours I ordered food at night 1230 they said sorry the rider couldn't pick up the food, whereas till then the agent was saying food picked up rider is in trouble and all lies for 3 hours.. HungryNaki is a mobile app which is used for delivery of food from restaurants ordered on line. The app is convenient for getting different varieties of food items at home. The system is prompt & delivery of hot food is usually on time. I find the system quite useful !!

Completely disappointing service. Ordered an 8:35. Had to confirm by calling them (after getting hold for more than 10 minutes at their customer care) at 9:06. And at 9:48 they are saying it will be 11:00 to deliver. Never going to use again!

I ordered a few things along with 2 packets of biscuits that was 26 taka each making it a total of 52 taka. When the delivery came they gave me a different big packet of biscuit that was 100 taka based on the price on the packaging. But, on the app the biscuit was priced 210 taka. The deliveryman said that I will have to pay the price of the App. I kept the other products from my order but refused to take the pack of biscuits. He insisted for a while and kept saying that now he will have to pay from his own. I was very polite with him and I told him that the invoice that was sent to me had a different price, I also told him sorry but the pricing is confusing to me and asked him to sort it out with the people who have decided the pricing in the first place. I hope this doesn't happen again.

Terrible service! Highly DISCOURAGED to use their services! Ordered about an hour ago, still no confirmation calls from them. I called them four time (had to wait 5 to 10 mins before I disconnected) with no answer from the customer service reps. Not using this service anymore!

Too poor customer service. I experienced it twice. I have ordered foods over 3 hours ago but they made lots of excuse and still they are delaying till now. They are too unresponsive and I will not use their service anymore. Foodpanda is far better than them. I ordered same time from food panda and Hungrynaki and I got my food within 30 minutes through food panda but it's over 3 hours and there is no response from Hungrynaki.

No scope to put half star so I provided a single star! I always try to encourage our local startup but I am sorry HungryNaki has no quality to survive. They could provide one of my orders in 2.5 hours! Again, their call center was too irresponsible and I got them after trying several times. i must suggest avoiding them. If you want to be hungry you may try.

Placed order for fuchka. Paid in advance. Order was placed and confirmed. Subsequently informed of distant location. My question is why you showed this shop in the App and how could you confirm the order. Changed order two more times only to know items ordered are not available.
This is my first experience with Hungry Naki. After this terrible examples, should I continue with this rider? What do you say?

These are fraud people the owners , the customer service people mainly enam are frauds they will take your cash and sit with it and not refund it when the order hasnt been delivered, i would say everyone should avoid this company and anyone who has been cheated by this company to come forward and start shaming these frauds

As Bangladeshi company I really appreciate hungrynaki's effort but as per service quality its below the average. I've tried the service of almost all food ordering companies (Like - hungrynaki, foodpanda, pathao, shohoz) what I found is the hungrynaki may needs to be improved to be in same pace with the race. Several reason for what it makes disappoint are - ordering time (takes too much order to deliver the food then other competitor), customer service (mostly likely they are robotic), order confirmation time (they took huge time to confirm the order then others), number of the restaurant (already they has low number of restaurant & after using their new app the choice became narrower), deliveryman (shouldn't they be more smart as delivery person both in getup and conversation?), suddenly service off (sometime it happens they I go to their site but see the site is closed). It will be better that hungrynaki should improve their service quality for these field.

I have been frequently ordering from Hungrynaki since last year, as soon as they have expanded their delivery zone to my neighborhood. I very much appreciate their effort as the first food ordering and delivery service in Bangladesh, specially I just loved their Boishkhi campaign last month.

Okay can one of your management team please get back to me. Your service is absolutely ridiculous! We tried to order from here 3 times now and we got the same story that the restaurant had either run out of food or it s closed when we clearly now it s not closed for orders. Don t order from this app! I ll be making a formal complaint.

Their service is great. But the amount of times they cancel orders inside cantonment really leaves more to be desired.
