It's a wonder organization helping poor to fight legal battles.
staff members having very good behavior with the clients
HRLN- Human Rights Law Network is led by well known lawyer activist Colin Gonsalves. One of the best legal support networks having presence across India.
They are almost good people who have faith in constitution
There is a junior lawyer here named Kabir Zia who baffled us with his utterly unprofessional behaviour. Litigants, beware! please don't ever consult Kabir.
Adv Colin Gonsalves heads hrln and he is a well established lawyer but is usually too occupied with work. Recently he is working on the Rohingya issue.
A place to laugh at the refugees lacks credibility
An organization that laughs and lies to refugees lacks credibility
Best Law NGO in India being run by great team of lawyers under the supervision of Mr Colin Gonsalves.
Its a law firm headed by award winning Senior Advocate Gonsalves. The firm is dealing litigation in all spheres of social fabric e.g Human rights, environment, anti trafficking, anti salvery, acid attacj, criminal justice delivery initiaves, labour rights, forest rights, river protection etc.
They may offer concession in legal fee on case to case basis involving public interest.
A very efficient law firm headed by adv collin gonsalves. Extremely polite and reasonable person with strong commitment to clients' benifit. Suggested that i should not pursue a case in apex court considering the way things work here and that i haf a weak case. He did not worry about losing some business but ensured that i do not suffer a set back. Extremely satisfied.
All People of this office are very great and their behaviour is too good and every staff of this office are always ready to help specially blind person.
As told this organization is registered ngo but they don't work like ngo
Fees of mr.cilin gonsalves is 1lakh but he will hardly do any work instead case is handled by very junior advocates
If u give fees then forget about ur case after payment of fees these people will not cooperate
A great fact about the founder of the ngo is he is a womaniser and doesn't treat the clients specially females well
He will give wrong advice take money and vanish
These people are highly corrupt and are also engaged in anti India activity' 4 days before legal right observatory has started arrest warrant against me.colin gonsalves so pls be ready to give ur case to supporter of terrorist
Before u come here
My advice is engage some known lawyer of ur own but don't come to these ppl they will simply not argue ur case take heavy fees exploit u and haraas u if u ask about ur case
Please don't waste ur time here because me.colin gonsalvesis not liked with respect in govt eyes as well as supreme court eyes

Human Rights Law Network, Delhi: Empowering the Marginalized through Legal Aid
The Socio-Legal Information Centre (SLIC) is a part of the Human Rights Law Network (HRLN), a non-profit organization that provides legal aid and advocacy to marginalized communities in India. HRLN was founded in 1989 by a group of lawyers and social activists who were committed to promoting human rights and social justice.
Over the years, HRLN has grown into one of India's largest networks of lawyers and activists, with offices in over 25 states. The organization's mission is to empower marginalized communities by providing them with access to legal services, information, and resources.
SLIC is one of HRLN's flagship programs that focuses on providing socio-legal support to vulnerable groups such as women, children, Dalits, Adivasis, refugees, prisoners, persons with disabilities (PWDs), sexual minorities and other marginalized sections. SLIC operates through its network of legal aid clinics across India which provide free legal assistance to those who cannot afford it.
The SLIC team comprises experienced lawyers who specialize in various fields such as human rights law, criminal law, family law etc. They work closely with grassroots organizations and community leaders to identify cases where legal intervention can make a difference. The team also conducts training sessions for paralegals and community members on various aspects of the law so that they can become more aware of their rights.
One area where SLIC has made significant contributions is in fighting against human trafficking. The organization has been at the forefront of efforts to rescue victims from trafficking networks across India. It provides shelter homes for rescued victims where they receive medical care as well as counseling services.
Another area where SLIC has been active is in advocating for the rights of PWDs. The organization works towards ensuring that PWDs have access to education facilities without discrimination or barriers; it also advocates for their right to employment opportunities on an equal basis with others.
SLIC also runs campaigns against child labor practices; it works towards creating awareness among parents about sending their children for education instead of making them work at an early age.
In addition to its direct interventions through legal aid clinics across India; SLIC engages actively in policy advocacy at national level by submitting recommendations on draft laws related issues concerning human rights violations or marginalization faced by vulnerable groups like women or LGBTQ+ people etc.,
Overall Human Rights Law Network Delhi’s Socio-Legal Information Centre (SLIC) plays an important role in empowering marginalized communities through its innovative approach towards providing socio-legal support services which are accessible & affordable even for those living below poverty line . Its commitment towards promoting social justice & equality makes it stand out among other NGOs working towards similar causes .
