If you invest, I was suggest comparing check stubs to their deposits on 401k. I have had weeks they took money out of my check but did not deposit in 401k. Have had weeks where they deposited less than they took out. I'm constantly having to email them about mishaps like this and it takes weeks and weeks to get problems settled because they act like they don't know what I'm talking about, even though I send pictures of my check stubs to show they have messed up. I would not use them.

We shopped different administrators before finally selecting Human Interest. We were a startup company with limited funds, so we needed to make sure we spent wisely. Our payroll administrator is a big national company, but the costs to go with them were just too much. After selecting Human Interest, we were pleasantly surprised to find that not only were they affordable and a great value, their customer service team is amazing!

I'm the 401K administrator for our tech consulting company. We decided to switch to Human Interest over a year ago. Their customer success team was always slow to respond (it would take weeks to receive an answer to a basic question and literally months if they needed to take any action on standard admin tasks). A year later, their responsiveness has only gotten worse. Its impossible to receive any support and I feel like we're held hostage to them and their lack of competence. They're apparently in the middle of a "restructuring" that has removed all customer success assignments so our company no longer has anyone who can help us at all of HI. I strongly regret my decision to go with HI for our company 401K.

When our company decided to offer their employees a retirement plan our CFO discovered Human Interest. They made the process easy and were attentive to our needs. I would recommend this organization to anyone interested in getting a retirement plan started!!

Human Interest really makes the 401(k) process easy, simple, and smooth. It is a great service for small companies like mine and has provided great value to our employees and benefits package. The online user interface is easy to use & customer service is great. I highly recommend!

Human Interest is run by humans that really strive to take care of their customers and their customers employees. They have an easy to interface, make completion of the annual Form 5500 so easy, and really want to hear feedback to improve. I can t see using another provider for our team s retirement plan.

Love this company, very easy to work with and very quick with any questions that may arise.

Horrible company that fails to meet basic expectations. Fails to fulfill basic requirements of their service. Submitted my issue four months ago, they identified the problem in their system but have failed to fix still after all this time. I'm short $10,000 because they can't fix it and I'm not sure I'll ever see my money.

We've been very satisfied with our experience with Human Interest. It has allowed us to offer an affordable 401K program to our team of 6 employees without needing to jump through too many hoops. It's straightforward and easy to manage, both from an administrative side and from the employee side, and my team really appreciates the perk. Would highly recommend. We are very grateful and happy customers!

I would give negative stars if I could. Starting with total incompetence, terrible customer service, weeks for responses. They have no idea what they re doing. They re website states they can complete allocation changes within 2-3 business days and it has been 73 business days and they still can t figure it out! They re holding my money hostage and won t even let me move it to a reputable company. Fraudulent promises. Absolutely horrendous. Do not invest any money with this company. There are thousands of better companies to invest your money!
