In recent years I have listened to a lot of podcast about self-development, but applying it myself is more difficult. I have a beautiful life; sweet husband, 2 wonderful children, a nice house and a nice job. Still, I had forgotten a little bit about who I was, what I really liked and I became more involved in the care role for someone else than for myself. Together with Jeanette I went in search of why I fell into the care role, what gives me energy and thus also answered the question of who I am. It was a fun, special and confrontational journey. She taught me to get more balance with family, work and myself!
