Roem is one of my favorite Bay Area company. They build affordable housing in the Bay Area . We need more contractors like roem . They do the job that quite frankly the industry won t bother with . Affordable housing , unicorns and mermaids are unheard of in San Jose . Keep up the great work guys . I have had the pleasure in residing in more than one of ur build .

They have great buildings and amazing management. They make the process really easy. I have been with them for some time, and enjoy how they really take care of the apartments. They do maintenance inspections to make sure that everything is good. And they clean the buildings daily to make it hygienic.

This article is concerning the First and Rosemary apartment complex. I really enjoy(ed) living here. It's not to bad of a location, and the north side is starting to expand. What this area really needs is a grocery store. But, no, the design is nice, the layout is confusing until you learn your way around. The limited communication between management and tenet is a total negative. Things get confused and distorted without any direct communication between the office and myself. Way too much turnover in the office, as well as tenets. The only constant is a non-people person manager. I feel and think this place plays favorites, some people are treated differently, than others. Rumor(s) have it that once a tenet gets into trouble, they are gone. This is not a family environment family. I did alot of voluntering and giving back here, put after 2 years and 4 months it wasn't enough. After 2 yrs. and 4 months, I had 2 smoking violations, that I admitted smoking in my apartment. My 3rd violation, I was outside, but because I wasn't 25 feet away from the building they are asking no to leave.I wasn't smoking in my apartment any more, and I still got asked to leave. I think someone should look into the patterns and behavior of the manager.Thank You. Three stars only because of the lack of trust and communication between management and tenet. And, no, I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone. There's seems to be an anti-military bias here. What with me being the 5th veteran, with 5 different reasons, being asked to leave.
