I first learned about Expert Real Estate Team through a basic property search online because of listings held by LeAnne Carswell. My husband and I were seeking a very specific type of property (acreage with existing structures and within a fairly strict search radius). After making an account and saving some searches that were listed under by Expert Real Estate Team one of their realtors, Mandy Justice, reached out to me to learn more about what we were looking for, our time frame, etc. At that point (summer 2018) we were not yet ready to make a purchase but were in full-fledged research mode seeking "the one." Mandy spent about half an hour on the phone with me discussing our goals, needs, budget, where we would compromise (if applicable), what we intended to use the property for, etc. She was thorough, patient, and very easy to talk to - and we didn't even have a realtor agreement with her yet! She added us to her email list and kept us informed as relevant properties became available. She was always accessible for questions, thoughts, etc. and did not rush or pester us with unnecessary communication - she knew we would let her know when we were ready. Her commitment to staying in touch was rewarded in early 2019 when our dream property showed up and we made plans to view. We looked at two places with her on the same day (similar area of the county) and made an offer shortly after. She offered superb recommendations for related professionals (mortgage company, surveyor, inspectors) and each of those individuals was a joy to work with making the overall process smooth and as stress-free as possible (yes, even buying a home can be relaxed when you have the right team in place!). Her guidance, prompt service, and ability to connect us with the necessary personnel to complete our 30-day closing was invaluable. We loved working with her and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase property!
