I have worked here as an IT recruiter for more than 1.6 Years. As there is no IT team before just started 2 years ago, Its only useful for freshers but dont expect any guidance form sr people. Salary is very less as for experienced candidates .But for freshers those who are willing to work hard by self learning you can .

Cons:
They will not give you offer letter at the time of joining. only when you come out of it , they will give you.
They will not tell company policies at the time of joining.
there is no guidance.
dont expect anything form SR people, because they are also not experienced in IT recruitment
there is no incentives structure .
Even though some people working like more than 2 years , they too dont no about company policies.

Pros
In time salary ,on 10th of every month.
working environment is good.
they will celebrate any festival very well

so finally those are willing to work for low salaries , with out growth in your career , want to work hard with only salary in hand , with unprofessional skills can join here..
