After being a long time customer, they closed my account without notice or speaking to me. I only found out when I went to place an order. They said they heard I was closed, and then refused to take my order.so apparently, you can have a competitive advantage by calling hub pen and telling them your biggest competitor has closed. They have been so rude the process. I finally had to take the order to bic.
This is pretty much one of the most unprofessional companies that we have ever worked with. They had an amazing set up at a vendor fair and their reps who were there were awesome however once it came to ordering and contacting them, it was terrible. Once our order was made and what we thought was processed, they came back two weeks later when we checked on the status and said "just kidding, we can't sell to you all." I am sorry, what? We already placed the order. Anyway, don't let the package fool you, find another vendor for your promotional products!
