After being a long time customer, they closed my account without notice or speaking to me. I only found out when I went to place an order. They said they heard I was closed, and then refused to take my order.so apparently, you can have a competitive advantage by calling hub pen and telling them your biggest competitor has closed. They have been so rude the process. I finally had to take the order to bic.
