I've been waiting for my GT watch for 6 months to contact them more than 20 times. They say next week and just lie. Have to create a case against at the consumer council. Junk company.

They don't even deserve a star. I bought a telf that was to be followed with the speaker. I got the phone in January and it has been 6 months and still waiting for the speaker to come as they have said in all these months that: it will come next month, it will come soon, it will come before the summer starts, we promise you will get it soon ...bla bla bla. Lies and lurks people. What do you get from having a phone from you when you are unable to provide a good customer service and that your customers actually get the products they have paid for.
Bad....

I bought a mate 10 lite July last year, it had android 8. A few months later I was told I wouldn't get android 9.

Incorrect closing time on their dashboard for support. Please straight up this, you called since 16 and it was just busy. It says it closes 1800, but when I first got in touch it was closed "1700".

Have had a Huwaei p20 for a long time and am super happy with it.
A friend of mine has the P30 model and she is very happy too.
Definitely recommended.

Lousy backup solutions where you can't log in. User-friendly setup where it suddenly does not approve of either email or password. Had to use 12 security codes before the part was approved! Who can make such a setup ??? Huawei mobiles and laptops are OK quality but the rest is not ....
