Would not recommend. They understate the essential criteria for their roles in their advertisements and refuse to accept responsibility for returning calls or outcomes to candidates. Very unprofessional.

Was sent for a role that was FAR outside of the limit of where I was willing to commute to, I went regardless and almost ended up stranded in the place as it wasn't accessible by public transport. Shambolic.

On another occasion I told one of their recruiters I had gotten a job elsewhere, they then proceeded to pester me (two separate calls) me in a very uncomfortable way about how much my salary was and what other roles I had been applying for. Ignore the fancy website, you're dealing with used car salesmen here. Emblematic of the culture in Irish recruitment agencies.

HRM reached out to me via LinkedIn about an internal Marketing manager position they were hiring for. They made me take an online behavioural assessment in advance, which was fine but time consuming. I took a half day from work to attend the Interview & at the end of it they asked me to return for a 2nd interview with the company owner...2 months later...still not a word from them. Not evan a follow up email to acknowledge the first interview. Desperate.
