HRM reached out to me via LinkedIn about an internal Marketing manager position they were hiring for. They made me take an online behavioural assessment in advance, which was fine but time consuming. I took a half day from work to attend the Interview & at the end of it they asked me to return for a 2nd interview with the company owner...2 months later...still not a word from them. Not evan a follow up email to acknowledge the first interview. Desperate.
