Love being at the Shark's games! Staff is always friendly and helpful. A big
Easy parking, great seats, terrific line up of artists, friendly helpful staff.
It doesn't mater if you're here for hockey or a concert, this is a great venue.
I love shark tank it is so fun I'm going to the sharks game on Monday 2015/4/28
Just the right amount of space to have a really nice concert
Of course I liked the very friendly workers and everything is very clean
Although it was on the top benches (cheaper) you can see very well.
There is a wide variety of food and drink, so it's worth going early to start partying and skipping lines.
There are staff all over the place giving directions and keeping the site safe.
The game is super lively, with music, sweepstakes, challenges, choreography.
Beware because scholarships are not allowed and we have to pay $ 5 to leave there with the security guards.
Its a pleasure to go to concerts on this venue! Always very organize, plenty of parking and clean bathrooms. Its easy to find a host to direct you to the right seating. The one thing they can improve a bit is on hiring faster attendants on the beer and food court. So, arrive early to buy your snacks!
Terrible customer service. You would think the blue coats know how to treat customers decently, they don't! Go to oakland Coliseum, they treat you more like welcomed guests and not like they have the power.
There was a terrible echo. The seats are wide enough but don't leave any legroom. Consequently you practically have to climb over even the smallest sized people to get to your seat from the aisle. The concession prices are stupidly high even for the silicon valley. Finally, ALL of the concessions close way before the show ends, not just alcohol. So if after the show you want a t-shirt your best bet is to haggle with someone in the parking lot after the show. If you want some food and a soda you might get lucky with s street dog vendor.
Cool event center be aware attached parking is convenient and costs $25. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I love this arena. It is compact and the sightlines are great. Concourses are wide. Ample concessions. The arena is walking distance from Downtown bars and restaurants.
Can be considered one of the most to go places in the city. Pretty amazing place with lots to offer, be it any kind of event.
I personally love this arena. Great vendors and seats. Very clean! Close to public transportation (CalTrain).
I loved my night there. I saw Avenged Sevenfold live there and the sound system was great.
First time at the Shark Tank for a game. If I wasn't a Red Wings fan, I'd give this place five stars. Great experience.
Love shows at this venue! Never disappointed no matter where you sit. Lots of food and drink options too.
Awesome elo concert. Entry was quick -- plenty of metal detectors, like at sharks games.
Great atmosphere. The game presentation is great. Prices for things aren't terrible
That's my favorite place in California. Great hockey arena !!! I love it very much!
Just got here... But so far so good. Pretty typical for an event venue.
Sap is a nice place to to have fun I really like it there
Great place! I just don't care for the fact that the merch table is in a bad spot. When lines are long, it's hard to get around.
Great time with the family watching WWE, enjoyed the Suite Life for the first time and it's an amazing way to watch a show!
There is always a security check during ice hockey games and shows, and large bags cannot be brought in
In the case of a small bag, it is necessary to transfer it to a transparent one that can be seen inside.
Absolute awesome arena for its age you wouldn't be able to tell. Game 7 of the sharks game crowds roar was booming! Go sharks!
Nice & Big venue in this area. Good security, not too good hospitality. Engineering is good, screens not always comfy to look up.
Very well engineered building. Sufficient parking and accessable entrances for all.
Great arena to see any show, parking can be a bit pricey but there are lots within walking distance that are cheaper. Also plenty of food options with fairly decent prices. The loaded tots at 408 burger stand are a must. They were deliciously addicting. Would get them again, good portion for the price.
Great venue! Whether its for the sharks or for a concert...very organized place. You just have to make sure u dont have too big of a bag...
Center is always crowded alcoholic beverages and food are ridiculous priced
Probably the coolest Arena around, I've attended many Strikeforce, UFC and Bellator MMA events here!
This place is really organized. Really like the Shakira concert. My wife and I had a blast and felt safe with the amount of security and police presence.
Always a fun experience at the Tank. Great food offerings like Togo's, affordable tickets, and a great hockey team make it a fun place to take in a show or game.
Easy access from Caltrain station, fun for hockey games and very clean. Food isn't bad, and if you walk around you will find stands with short lines.
Great venue, but need to amp up the on ice projections
Good seats all around. The food an drinks are way to high. And water an sodas are rediclius. Rider
Fun if free, but don't waste your own money here. It's crazy expensive and just not worth the money you'll spend.
Food and drink abandoned when event commenced, most swag gone by halftime
SAP center is a great way to enjoy concerts and many other shows with your family.
Queue management is poor. Created a mess for the last event i went.
Great energy and positive vibe during Sharks games. Also good concert venue
Neil diamond concert superb in this venue deapite some rough edges in parking, food, etc
Food is pretty bad and acoustics are not great. I wouldn't want another concert there but it's fine for Sharks games.
If you have been to the old Oakland arena the SAP center beats it hands down...cleanliness, parking, and general area where its located...safer...I didn't give it 5 stars because i haven't been to too many stadiums to compare it to
Came to watch the San Jose sharks it was an awesome stadium..all the staff where very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was fantastic and really enjoyed our first ever ice hockey game
I went there for the NKOTB concert it was great!!!!!
Very nice facility, for a variety of events. Location is good - close to downtown watering holes, restaurants, and the Caltrain station. Only comment is that the upper level seemed much steeper than other comparable arenas.
Place is pretty well organized. Seating is tight if you need to leave seat, even if the guy stands up, you are going to contact the person big time.
I went here yesterday to see SLU practice for the NCAA and everybody who worked or volunteered to work here was friendly
Cost lots to get in the door, cost lots to park, cost even more to eat or drink, but the host some good events
This is a major facility. Even with the upper mezzanine blocked off I'm guessing there was between 10,000 and 12,000 spectators. The Acoustics were great and traffic was quick at the doors getting Spectators in and out. We are definitely going to try to add this to our tour for now on.
