My name is Yvonne Isabell Santistevan, a technology teacher for Annunciation Catholic School in Denver, CO. I worked with Kent Tansen and Tania Keyes from your company. Kent was the salesmen who came to our school and quoted the price for switches.

I would like to say I have never been treated so badly as a customer as I have from your employees. As far as response to my customer questions, there isn't any. It is like they have no concern for our school. Maybe because it is a small school and doesn't bring in lots of money. You have 1 employee Edward Navarro who is the only person I can call and get a response on any issues and he does his best but he doesn't have access to some of the things I need done.

There have been many issues that your employees seem to ignore now that I have gone through USAC and awarded them the contact.

I regret doing business with your company!

Have had multiple people complain to me about their service, unorganized and only looking to better their business. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

this company lied about a products price and stock. I ordered a samsung monitor from them, sold the current monitor i had at the time to a friend. but accepted payments anyway and then quietly canceled my order without telling me DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company has always shown great customer service and has been a joy to work with!

Bought a product and had my order canceled. Went and choked the website and it still shows the product in stock.

Howard is a great organization. Love having them as one of our Partners.
