The 1st test kit (colon cancer screen)sent to me had a broken test stick. A new kit was sent to me. Without entering personal details, I can say that the process was clumsy, and could not possibly be reliable. I mailed it off hoping for the best. The kit also contained a sticker with a sample code number. The sheet read that to access results, to visit homeaccess.com. I was to set up a user name, password, and keep my sample code number to access results. The site showed no options to set up a new account. When I opted for the check results tab, the register today function was unresponsive. Then I read a note saying that test kit results were not available online. I will be contacting my insurance company, who strongly advocated for this
test to find a more suitable alternative. Reading other reviews, I see that I am not alone with being dissatisfied.

I received a urinalysis test kit in today's mail. No information on what tests will be performed. I believe my Medicare advantage plan provider contacted me awhile ago asking to have the kit sent to me but I don't know what the purpose would be when i see my primary care doctor regularly and they have a lab on site.

My doctor takes care of our needs, don't need insurance sending this stuff out, waste of insurance money

Better than having to drive an hour to the dr. At 80 at that. My Ins co has them send these tests.

Ordered by a doctor who never saw me? Never spoke with my actual doctor (who just ordered a colonoscopy). Letter pretends to be from my insurance company. It isn't. My provider is way more professional. It's a scam, the only question is how bad of a scam is it?

I already do these tests at my doctor's office! I believe I did one of these a while ago just to see how it compares and the people there just come off as very unprofessional. I have already notified my insurance to stop sending me these tests! They should focus their money on other resources not supporting a company with a lack of empathy towards people!

Rude customer service and as other reviews have stated, a scam of a company and waste of resources. I will be contacting my insurance to remove me from getting anything from here! I advice others to do the same! If you need a test done go to your doctor or opt for Cologuard!

I checked with my insurance company. They did NOT have this urine kit sent to me. I think it's a scam to get my information. I'm going to take it to the Sheriff's Department.

The letter that came with the kit was too long and the kit I got had typos on the outer packaging. I didn't even bother. I threw it away since I had seen in earlier reviews that have since been taken down, that they have been advertising the ability to check results online, but has not been the case for many months now. Not very transparent. I don't trust it, I think I'll be going to my doctor instead.
