My name is Yvonne Isabell Santistevan, a technology teacher for Annunciation Catholic School in Denver, CO. I worked with Kent Tansen and Tania Keyes from your company. Kent was the salesmen who came to our school and quoted the price for switches.

I would like to say I have never been treated so badly as a customer as I have from your employees. As far as response to my customer questions, there isn't any. It is like they have no concern for our school. Maybe because it is a small school and doesn't bring in lots of money. You have 1 employee Edward Navarro who is the only person I can call and get a response on any issues and he does his best but he doesn't have access to some of the things I need done.

There have been many issues that your employees seem to ignore now that I have gone through USAC and awarded them the contact.
