Margo is right, the place needs to be renovated, the carpets are questionable, and the bath scales. The lunch is rather ordinary. The spa area is rather ordinary and lacks decoration. The staff is nice. Parking is sufficient.

Nice hotel partially renovated. The room was clean, the mattresses comfortable but the pillows !!! Where did you buy that? Really very bad quality as well as the towels that were very rough. In addition, the bathroom had not been renovated. The tiles in the suspended ceiling bore traces of mold and the ventilation hatch. On the other hand, the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of foods. I recommend this place with a flat for the bathroom.

Uncleanliness, obsolete objects dating from the 80s or before ??? Unthinkable, yellow stains on the lamps, hole in another, coffee stains on the cabaret not to mention the dust on the coffee maker, the hook holding the ironing board was out with the plaster ... and this white dust on the floor! Armchairs straight out of a horror movie, torn. Do not go there, you have the choice of hotel nearby! In a moment filled with tourism around, we had no choice.

The room was nice and the staff were very friendly. However I was disappointed with some of the amenities, for example only one outlet was easily accessible. The other outlet I was able to find had splitters on it and every one of the spots taken up. I thought it was rather unsafe and didn't feel comfortable plugging anything into it.

Nice place, if you have done old Quebec, great, there are still things to do around here. Like the aquarium that I missed, or Plage Jaques Cartier, just amazing. The local people there were so curious as to how I found it, because tourist NEVER seem to never even know it exists. I told them I am a map expert. Lol. No swimming however.

Room was clean, but dark and run down. Dirty laundry was left in the hallway. No one answered the door when we were buzzing to get in when unloading our car. On our way in through the side door there was a staff member getting high out of a pop-can. Overall, for the $140 a night it was not worth it. It felt scuzzy and I would price this place at $70 a night.

Hotel room was nice and everything was ok but the carpet in the room is dirty and why i gave three star is because of one staff named samuel ..he was rude and always sound like he dint want to talk to people who dont speak french ..he is aggressive at times ...bt breakfast and everything else was good ..its just staff on the reception ..i hope they improve their services ..

We stayed here for one night. A step before taking the road back. I liked the cozy and simple room. A comfortable bed, a sofa and a TV (HDMI and RCA) to spend a nice evening watching a good movie before sleeping. The most important though, the air conditioning !! In this heat, entering the room was a step in the paradise of freshness !! Good good, let's go back to the room. In the dresser, a door opens on a small refrigerator question to keep the food of the roadtrip cool! For the rest you will find the usual amenities, iron and ironing board, towel provided, coffee machine etc ... The only point that disappointed me slightly is the lunch. The cafeteria is too small for all this beautiful people. Lack of space, we preferred to opt for a detour at Eggquis before taking the road. Next time I would like to try the spas, the lack of time there preventing me from testing it for you. But do not worry, if I have the chance to return (opportunity and financial means, it's still $ 200 per night) I would update this notice.

Good hotel at a decent price. Spacious rooms but washrooms were small. Location is perfect, only 15-20 min drive from the main Old Quebec area. Beer vending machine is available. Wifi was very reliable. Breakfast was decent, given its a low price hotel.

This is an OK place. It is dated and need's an upgrade.

Breakfast is ok. The supply of hot water for the tea does dry up and you need to chase the person on the desk to get it filled and going again. One or two of the muffins were dry and dated, but toasted OK.

This hotel feels older than the age I saw online. Although I can tell it's been renovated. No complaints on the bed, linens and room furnishings. AC kinda loud. Breakfast was minimal but acceptable. It is the ONLY hotel with free shuttles to and from the airport even if for limited time frame. I chose it for the free shuttle but arrived at midnight so had to pay $15CAD for a taxi to get here. The worst part is no elevator but only 2 floors. Overall a good value for the money.
