Yuk! Blood stain all over the mattress, broken bath and dirty walls had I do not know what slide, moisturizer, window full of buer, coffee cup bottom circles on the edge of the window very dirty the top The dresser was dusty ... we asked for another room, we accomodated no problem, the other room, same story we left the we paid our $ 138, frankly it was worth only $ 40! I would not stay there again.
First off I would like to say avoid this hotel at all costs, and if you have no better choice here is a super8 right next to it, so my family and I were on vacation, and stayed in Ottawa/Gatineau for 3 nights then to Quebec City for 2, we had Expedia rewards and saw the price was a massive drop from being very expensive per night, we had high expectations, just to go there and saw our specific room had carpet, the queen beds were very small probably double beds, bathroom had no fan and it was dirty, staff were rude as well and forgot to vacuum our room, some guests said there was stains and bedbugs on the mattress, and we felt disgusted, sadly we couldn t even get a refund... I hate this place I would never go again and if I were to give it a price I would say $65/night
Unacceptable no elevator, old carpets in rooms accueuil very ordinary not even inviting to stay for lunch.
I will never go back and recommend it.
The room was clean, very outdated. We were in a king sized bed with lumpy (unpleasant) regular pillows. Breakfast was disappointing... loads of bread and bagels, with little to no fruit, non-dairy and non-grain options. In this world with all of the dietary restrictions, there should be more options. We were surprised there wasn't an elevator given the multiple floors. Especially considering elderly individuals carrying heavy luggage up flights of stairs. We won't be returning.
The rooms were smelly. The beds were very uncomfortable because the mattresses were very old. There are no elevators so people with physical challenges should not stay there. Very limited seating in the breakfast area. My family and I took two rooms in August 2019. I regret booking this hotel.

I lived a good experience here because your hotel has comfortable and clean rooms, this place has some amenities like spa, car rental service, a breakfast restaurant and a computer on place, plus this place has nice and friendly personnel, but this place needs some maintenance to clear parking spaces of snow.
Stayed there for one night, was briefed on the pet policy which is insane really, so we did not enjoy the city we stayed in the hotel the whole time had to take dog everywhere.Honestly if you are having a hard time with pets don't make it pet friendly because that was not.
You will have to have 250$ deposit if you have a pet, plus 30 bucks pet fee bear in mind you won't be able to use the lobby if you have a pet. Room already had damages in it. Bath was dirty (chunks of dirt). Sink was tiny.

Great WIFI, no issues with parking, not a fancy spot but in Quebec City you shouldn't be spending much time in a hotel room. Would be a 5 star if they had nicer TV's and bathroom updates could help. I think the rooms in the ground floor are better.
Very disappointed with the room. Pub on the rental not very representative.
They dont have the basic necessity of having air circulation in the rooms. Rooms were having musky moldy smell and they dont have ac units. When asked the front desk, they told us to open the windows. We did not find any ac units at all. Please do not book here.. you will enter the room, suffocate and DIE.

As most of my family trips, we always look for places to sleep at, since we are usually out and about where ever we are. But the places was nice and comfy. The breakfast had multiples types of bread, bangles, cereals, coffee, milk, fruits, yogurt, peanut butter, jelly, waffle... The usual. I was glad with my stay.
Good place, the room was fine and the bed comfortable. The spa isn't really something you'd want to use so don't go there expecting much. That being said, for the price we paid, we were very satisfied with our stay.
This is the closest hotel to Jean Lesage Airport, it took us less than ten minutes to get there by taxi. Stayed there one night. Overall comfortable, shower was nice. Breakfast is provided but pretty simple. Just easy to get to after a whole day of travel.
The hotel is close to everything you need: shopping, restaurants and movie theatre. Easy access to Quebec Old City and attractions. Service is really good, rooms are clean and extended hours breakfast is really nice.
Too expensive for what they offer. A flat sheet as a contour sheet and the bathroom is passable. At this price you can have a lot better.
The fact that I was staying in this hotel during my Highschool quebec trip made my experience 100x better- I love this place so much, very comfortable and great for partying

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the check-in / check-out quick. Very simple lunch (with fruits). Close to everything (like 10 minutes from the shops).

A good spot for activities close! Beautiful home everything depends on who we will fall. Clean places however could be improved quality affordable, spa available in private room. Big room so even with family ns was good it was my second visit and for the needs I will return to this place! Basic lunch included which is not the case everywhere. I recommend

Very friendly, and polite staff. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is older and does not have an elevator. The WiFi is slow but still very usable. I stayed on my honeymoon and the gave us two drink tokens to use in their venting machine that sold beer and wine. The bathroom is very small but acceptable for two people. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. I found it to be a decent value.
For two nights okay, old and in need of renovation but ok, noisy air conditioning. Breakfast was ok but not continental but packaged with minimal choice.

Really outdated, breakfast was nothing really but bagels and toast. Counter staff was nice though. Lots of parking. The beer and wine vending machine was cool though

The reviews are really shared on different sites, but I'm sure we can find a better hotel at a better price elsewhere. Indeed, the bed is comfortable, but it's the only possitive point! For the rest, it's old, dirty and not welcoming!

Frankly except for breakfast and again the apple juice couoe water a horror, the rest is ugly is viellot, we were upstairs next to the stairs, the door slamming non stop, the carpet in the rooms, the mini bathroom, in short chose something else. It was our worst hotel of our stay ...
The room looked nice, but my bed had a huge dent making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The WiFi signal was so bad, the minute I would connect, it would boot me off. It's great there is A/C, but the system was so loud I didn't bother using it.
Good price for the quality, standard breakfast although no eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, or pancakes, but toast and bagels and cereal. Whirlpool/hot tub. Overall a good stay.
Staff at this location was super friendly, continental breakfast was fresh, name brand items served, real coffee brewed, all on real dishes. I would recommend this place and would certainly stay again driving down east and back.

Incompetent and nonchalant receptionists bordering on rudeness. The hotel deserves major renovations: the rooms are dated and offer minimal equipment, the old air conditioning is very noisy ... Hygiene more than questionable: hair in the bed, stains on the carpet, dirty towels, hair in the shower. .. And a more than insufficient breakfast.
