It's a nice motel it's clean our room was good lunch they had several choices to eat like good waffles that we cooked in a waffle machine this is the positive side now the negative side when are you Arrived the one who greeted us with no customer service at all booked us with Booking but they did not reserve that the guy said no panic were going to find a room that did not stress you. And his shirt was all fried, say it does not give a very good impression. The coffee pot should be a coffee maker Keurig it would be better than you coffee like coffee

Breakfast was included but frankly don't eat lunch if it's that boring

The rooms are not soundproof ,,,,, a lot of noise ,,,,, people speak until 23:00 in the hallways ,,,,,,,,, the noise at the reception from 5:00 in the morning ,,,,,, Very unsatisfied

This hotel was ok. Bed was descent and the pillows were good. Washroom was standard and everything felt clean. It was a but noisey. I think it was water pipe sounds but they were quite loud in the morning and it work me up. Abruptly. I would stay here again if I had to.

We stayed here for two nights with my husband and would report excellent value for money! Breakfast is included in the price and there is a choice it's nice. The room is spacious, the bed is VERY comfortable (for those who like hard mattresses) and quiet overall. We will definitely go back!

That's fine, and I appreciate the lunch included. Parking would need a new coating.

WORST HOTEL EVER. I am never one to write a review, but this hotel is the Least welcoming/kind hotel I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I got treated extremely poorly.
The rooms were not clean, or well kept. Especially in a time like Covid19 you would expect a bit more attention to detail from the staff. We left our stay feeling scammed for our money, with zero compensation. Also, we paid for a breakfast included, that was not provided. False advertising on the hotel chains end. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your 200$ and hit up a different hotel in the area

Pictures misleading, the price is not displayed, no place for lunch, lunch ends at 9:30, they changed the towels without doing the bed, neglected service, stupid and direct staff.

Courteous welcome, efficient service, impeccable room. At lunch I am offered a hot plate while taking care to inform me of the other options available. Excellent value.

Not for a congressist stay and no accommodation possible. For example, you can not use the dining tables to install yourself. It seems that there is an agreement with I do not know too much. The staff is courteous.

NOT CLEAN AT ALL!!(DURING COVID-19!) I don't usually do reviews but our experience was so bad that I needed to make one! Accessories for the coffee looked like the we're used by others before, same with the bathroom complimentary soap's. We also booked cause they advertised an included breakfast with was not available du to covid, Wich I understand. But the way reception and management handled the situation is unacceptable! I feel scammed!!! Do yourself a favor and don't book there!

Very difficult worker stay in this hotel, an employee mentions information which proves to be false for another employee, multiple discussions concerning the disclosure of erroneous information with spontaneous awakenings for the worker and his boss at hours of dormancy to resolve a situation of refund. We choose a hotel for its tranquility. Very good customer service except when the time comes to suggest compensation for the entire situation. The workers were very well served, both at lunch and for their stay in general.

Comfortable and very clean. A little expensive for a night of passage but the lunch was included so well anyway. Add a tourist tax over taxes!

Hotel obsolete and without charm. On the other hand clean room and any comfort. Friendly welcome. Too bad it lacks a lift, the non-automated front door (difficult with suitcases) and the breakfast room too small (only 20 seats for the entire hotel).

After forgetting a small bag during our visit with a group of French people (snowmobiles), an employee (MIKE) did everything to send it to us by bus in Quebec.
The package in question was picked up less than 12 hours later ... Bravo ...

For the first time I booked a room with you for Thursday March 5, 2020. Arrived a little early am I paid and asked if there was one to drop my luggage ..... and yes one was available. The air conditioning / heating system a little noisy but that didn't stop me from sleeping .
Large bathroom.
In short, you have just had a new customer.

Be careful, watch out if you have a pet; it is accepted but ... there are expensive hidden fees that are not found on the booking site and are revealed to you only once you are there, after your registration at the hotel, even if you stated it at of the reservation by internet.

Clean, I really like this channel, always been satisfied. The breakfast is simple, but ok. One of the peculiarities that I appreciate is the patio doors that open onto the parking lot, very convenient for carrying luggage.

It was my first visit to a Quebec hotel since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The sanitary rules are reassuring upon entering, with hand washing and wearing a mask.
The room was ultra-clean: we can see that we are concerned about the health of the guests. Large bedroom # 226 with comfortable bed. View of the parking lot. Quiet except for episodes, always too long, of a bellow in an adjoining room. I always wonder about the distribution of the rooms and about this absurd idea of placing a single client, gone down on business, and a family with a bawling side by side: as reservations were necessary and that clients must specify if they have a child, we are surprised by this distribution a little silly, in the end.
The breakfast was adjusted to health rules and therefore, we were entitled to a grab 'nd go! Menu, ie coffee, yogurt, healthy granola bars, etc. Nothing hot, but a good choice served by a very nice and helpful youngster.
Outdoor environment: it is high time to redesign the parking lot and rearrange the flower islands. It does not announce the quality of the installations inside.

disappointing, dark and because of the covid the vacuum cleaner and bathroom not a chance spent just 2 nights and lunch we do not talk about a fruit a box of juice a cereal bar I have the impression of having lunch on the go at the job. One employee to prepare TAKE OUT would suffice without contact with customers and the glass doors are dirty.

It was good for a night of passage. The included lunch is very good (eggs, bread, bagel, waffle irons to make its waffles with the mixture provided, juice, coffee and +)

Great service and very good location! A little bit outside the town center but you can get food (Metro grocery store) within 100 m, there is also a drug store (Uniprix) and a SAQ next to it. They accept pets with a small fee, no matter how many you have or how many night you stay!! I was weary but I highly recommend it! Very quiet; majority of customers had dogs, the nights we stayed there and you couldn't hear a thing!! Breakfast is included also. 5 minute drive from town center but a lot of amenities nearby!

Overpriced. Rooms are OK. Service could be better. We were told that the breakfast is until 10am. Came to the reception at 9.35 and were told that it's over. It appeared that it was until 9.30. When we asked if there was anything left, they told us NO. They were not even trying to fix the issue.

I asked for a wake-up call at 5:30 a.m. this morning and no one is doing it:

Waited 20 minutes before someone served us! Breakfast wasn't amazing but plenty of restos around. Other than that, quiet and lovely place.

The price when booking at $ 138, had change upon check in: $ 210. It was 9pm and the silly receptionist said to me: if you are not happy go elsewhere. The outdated room with carpet, couch and bed of several years is not worth this price. Incredible, I have never seen such a situation in 37 years of career.

Its an ok place to stay. Good for what you pay. Location, close to downtown rimouski. No view though. Rooms were ok , not super clean.(towel had a stain and duvet cover had a stain, there was an orange left under the bed from previous clients , shows that it wasn't thoroughly cleaned) . There's no pool. Breakfast is given to you on a platter , so you can take to your room . They have bars, apples or oranges, hard boiled eggs in a sealed package, muffins, juice, yogurts and coffee pods for the machine. They have a keurig coffee machine in the room
Close to a uniprix and metro grocery store.

The Comfort Inn Rimouski is ISO Comfort Inn. Clean, a bit out of town, but very accessible. Convenience store, SAQ, Grocery, McDonalds 2 or 3 steps and downtown enchanting a few dollars taxi. The staff is A1 and I stayed there a few times. We are still waiting for a small upgrade in the lunches, but it is included in an affordable price. The beds are comfortable.

Everything was ok, but thats it!

It's worth staying as it's not too expensive and it's cozy enough for a nice sleep. Everything was clean and top-notch. It's also a quiet place of the town and it's close to a Metro grocery store, which is perfect when you just need a snack and you don't want to go to the main city center. But Rimouski is a great city for the view on the river from the city center, and if you are like me and would rather walk to there, it's about 20-30 minutes walk to reach the great view.
