Hi everybody I looked the all the review but I could not find any corporate (Head office number) Houston service is terrible they don't answer anything if they answer they talked like our god father they paying the rend on there pocket. is there anybody have a head office contact information please share.

Texas is full so I don't know why people still applying with all these hurricanes they just pushed us back more on a waiting list other states are faster and less crowded. And my opinion for those who been on housing for five years and more should already save their money in back so other people that's on the list have a chance to get called. That is why it's going to be a limit of years once it re-open. Because it's not fair is a lot of women and children still in a shelter for 2 to 3 years waiting on this program and others on housing selling drugs and having dudes living with them and they shouldn't be there doing trifling (Ghetto)stuff. The housing project is running low on budget trust me a I do my research. Those who have been on housing for five or more years should have been saving instead of partying.
TtcWhy don't they have a special program for Sr who need someone to live with them, and the Sr housing program property is full drug dealers and God know what else
Fraudulent activity when apartment passed inspection, but no one inspected the apartment.
This is my own opinion of the program. Over the past 4 years I have used the program. I realize how ENABLING the program has been. It's like the program is set up just to pay rent and bills... NOT EVEN THE BILLS NOTHING else there is nothing left for SELF CARE for YOU or the KIDS in the home. YOU WONT MAKE IT PART TIME PLUS BE HAPPY. NOW IM UNCOMFORTABLE. This program is not for everyone. If you cant work anymore for some reason this program is for you. If you want to have things in life dont live on this program it will keep you broke if you let it. Getting by not even an option!
Every time I call they always answered my questions but today I've called multiple times to report a change and the business hrs are 8-5 plus 12-1:30 closed and I've called during appropriate hours and the machine hangs up saying call during business hours... Seriously. I've never had this problem before...
I am dealing with them now; if I didn't really need the help and assistance, I wouldn't go threw with any of this. The employees are rude, they don't like to answer any of your questions, are very quick to get smart and talk to you like you're stupid! Also the process is very slow, they don't care if you are literally homeless. I started the paperwork process last year around September, and its been about 7 months; me and my children still aren't able too move in!!!

If the workers would stop helping people with no number, it should be more quick. Been here for 2 hours just to drop off Recert package. Ridiculous!!
I've been waiting on a place for years now but I'm gonna just keep faith in God..... I'm moving slowly but surely on the waiting list. I need this help for me and my 3 girls! To the people blessed enough to even have a place already should thank God for it. We're anxious but patiently waiting
I have been waiting on paper work that i put i on 1/30/2018 to be send to my home town and they still didn't send it. It is now 5/17/2018 i have five kids and we are homeless waiting on them. But they want someone to do something as soon as they send paperwork or they put you and your children out on the street. This needs to stop a.s.a.p.
It seems the new building (still on fountainview) has a kiosk center where u input the reason for your visit. So the complaint that i hearing is that the old office had a seperate window for the drop-off of documents. Ppl are saying that drop-off should be different from say an appointment with a caseworker, wanting to get on the waiting list. They feel as tho they shouldn't have to wait 2hrs + to just drop off a document.
