I like to study here because it opens late until 10pm on the weekdays and also weekends and offers great views from many study corners. No public parking is shortcoming but understandable.

The staff are rude! The tone they use is very condescending and like the do not want to help. The library it self is great. I m not sure if I just came on a bad day for some of the staff, but they seem to not want to help or they don t want to be at work.

The first time i went to the TMC library was last year, i payed 10$ to get the access card , then i stopped going for a while, and when i went back again my card didn't work, they gave me an e-mail address to communicate with in order to be approved for a researcher card, i did send an email and the reply was pretty quick ( less than 24 hours even though it was a weekend ), i printed that email and took it with me to the circulation desk, and i got my researcher card ( you need to bring your ID and 15$ ) the card is valid for 3 months ..

You can smell the dust, Just like almost all the libraries, i wish if the place was better ventilated.

You might need to bring a jacket or a small blanket as it gets pretty cool sometimes.

They have vending machines ( water, soda, juice, energy drinks, chocolate, cookies, potato chips...etc ) a microwave and a small dining table.

They have a free Wi-Fi and also many desktops.

And if you're planning to spend a long time there you can step outside if you just got bored of studying as the area is really nice.

A little over a year ago, I received an access card to use this library. I paid a fee and was told I could use the library as much as I want for as long as I want. I recently came back to library only to find out my access card to the library was no longer valid. The assistant at the circulation desk told me she had to take my card if I wasn't going to renew. I was disconcerted by this, as I was under a different impression from what was communicated to me previously. Unsure if i should sure renew at that moment, I let her take the card. What she failed to mention as she took my card, was that if I didn't renew at that moment while the card was mine, I would have VERY limited access to the library in the future. I returned to the library the next day only to be told I was not able to use the library at that time, and I would only have access to the library once per week, excluding the weekends. I should also mention that during these encounters, the staff was unfriendly and uncommunicative. When I inquired further about these changes, the staff simply said, "This is our new policy. You can read the policy over there," as they proceeded to treat me as an interloper unworthy of their time or respect as a human being.
