I Love this place. Everybody is so kind. If I walk in, and my usual stylist is busy, I always get a back up that does an amazing job. I strongly recommend J'Adore Hair Studio.

I don't like writing negative reviews but this salon takes the cake! Worst salon in Chicago. Gloria was the stylist that botched up the hair color. Single color process and my roots were left blotchy and there was gray hair was still there. Plus, I was charged extra for hair coloring and soared over $150.00. No correction offered. The owner was on Gloria's side. Beware of this salon! A true disappointment.

The color of my hair after get done is so natural, even 2 months later my hair still keep the color and just need an small touch on my roots, both Patricia s are the best, they do have a great team, they make you feel special and you leave with a big happy smile!

A friend recommended this place when I was looking for a salon close to home that could do a blow dry to my expectations. I went there today and had Ella blow dry my hair. She did a phenomenal job on my hair and she made sure I was satisfied with her work before leaving, which I appreciated very much! I am very picky and was worried that my hair would not turn out the way I wanted it to because it is thick and not everyone knows how to straighten it, but Ella really came through. I can finally get my hair blowdried and not have to drive 45 minutes to get it done. I would definitely go back for a blow dry. Based on what I saw when I was in the salon, I would also try their haircuts and color. There prices are also very reasonable. Thank you Ella!

Best Service. I'm a new client. I went to the salon and I had the best service ever. Very clean, very sanitized. Ela did my hair and I'm very much statify. The the entire staff are also very friendly and the male guy as well. I will definitely go back and refer anyone to go to this salon. Very friendly caring clean salon. I have been seeing Mariam and Ela for quite a long time now. Mariam has helped lighten my hair without damaging it, telling me the truth about taking steps as well as providing me with an amazing hair cut. Something that wasn't choppy and provided a bayalage that when was just perfect when I picked up my hair, you can see a highlighting. Ela has also helped with getting my hair where I wanted it with her Moroccan Oil treatments as well as providing me the best full and natural shaped eyebrows. She provided me with a threading/plucking service and she even provides waxing as well if requested. I highly recommend this place. Its a staff full of energy and welcoming love.

Walked in for a business trip with another BC of mines. The owner wasn t welcoming at all. When we walked through the door we asked for a business card he replied find one with an attitude. His workers were not welcoming.. I don t know if it was the color of our skin. I will not recommend anyone to go there. I will stick with Mario Tricoci.

Had a wonderful experience with "Big Patti" beautiful person with magical hands. Although all the ladies have amazing skills, Patti is my fav. This is the place to come to for your hair, makeup and nails.

I've followed this place from the Brickyard here. I've followed those that own this establishment to this location. Why? Comfort. Consistency. Though I may not stop in on a monthly basis, when I do I bring others & tip well. Comfort is a dying necessity & quite difficult for me to find. So, thank you.

I never write a bad review but I m so irritated I have to. I spent almost 5 hours and almost $200 here to come out looking almost exactly the same. Still not sure exactly what I paid so much for or why I was there so long for nothing. Didn t bother letting the owner know because I have no intention on coming back to fix it.

I want to reccomend this place but I cannot. At least not with the stylist I was given, I would mention a name but I was so upset leaving the salon I simply cant remember, and this was a week ago, if someone really wants to know her name I can go back and ask for it. regardless the girl that did my hair ruined it. First of all she didnt want to do what I was asking for which I think Is silly considering I go to a salon and the stylists ask what the customer wants done to their hair. Regardless she kept doing what she thought "looked better" and was more concerned with parting my hair directly in the middle. Also I have never once been to a salon that cuts hair after drying it. The girl also kept asking if I was sure I wanted bangs, after telling her so at least 3-4 times that i wanted them done. She finally cut my bangs and that was the biggest disaster, after sitting down for over an hour already I couldn't take it anymore, I walked out of the salon with completely uneven bangs that I had to FIX when I got home my right side was cut way more than my left and my left side was literally in my eyes. If you go here and someone blow dries your hair and then tries to cut it, just leave, simply leave because you're going to be disappointed.

This was a terrible $30 haircut... it was nun as to what I asked for, not even a clean V cut when I flatiron it. It look so bad like a kid cut my hair so uneven. I had to go to another salon on Xmas eve to cut it. Never going here again... NOTE customer service was nice and friendly so I would actually give it a 1 star for that. But 4 taken away for not getting what I asked for.

This hair salon, although relatively new to the area, is run and owned by ladies with a lot of experience. The shop is clean, the owners and stylists skilled and professional, and the atmosphere very relaxing. I have actually had complete strangers come up to me on two occasions to ask where I had my hair cut because of the way my hair was cut to enhance my natural curl and my own facial points of interest.

Patty Diaz is the best!! She always does a fantastic job on my hair!! Her and the other ladies there are all so very nice!!

Patty is great! She does an outstanding job. She has been my hairstylist for over 3 years and I always leave happy. She really knows what she is doing. With her you never have to worry about leaving with shorter hair than requested.

Absolutely love this place!!!! They know what they are doing and use good products!! I would never go to a cheaper place because you get what you pay for and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!! Little Paty is amazing as well as all the other ladies!! Thanks J'Adore for always making beautiful!

omg!! I love my hair! I absolutely love the way Patty(the young one) has given shape to my hair. She is really nice, she has also given me options on as to how to cut my hair when I didn t even know how to. Then she curled it i love it. 10/5 totally recommend! Especially w/ little Patty .

Ella is very nice and I love that she takes her time and makes you feel welcome every time. You pay for what you want and to that's good color or haircut.

I came to this salon after the hair stylist I went to for the past 8 years finally finished her nursing degree and became a full time nurse. I am the type of client who has long, thick hair down her back, is anxious around getting my hair cut and only get it done about 2 times a year. I came here from a recommendation from my mom, after I had tried a different hair stylist at the same previous location and they jacked up my layers. I made an appointment with Ella and she had such a calm presence and made my hair look fabulous with full service for a great price. I found my new hair stylist! I returned recently after deciding to take the plunge and cut 12 inches from my hair. She knew how to prep and cut it for donation, took one look at the photo I brought in of the cut and length i wanted and she made it happen. She checked in throughout the styling process and I am so happy with it. She is a pro with a pair of scissors.

Went to get a haircut here the other day about shoulder length and after 2 days I realized that my left side is shorter than my right side and it s very visible. All for 40$ (Included blow dries and flat ironed)

I have been going to J'Dore forever and I love this place. Patty always does my hair look great. Ella is fantastic too!!!
