Place has potential but half the stores are still closed and the food court is non existent. Also the Parking lot is a mess. The cleaning crew deserves alot of credit saw them cleaning non stop. Kept the entire mall clean and fresh.
Its gorgeous a specially smack in middle they have a whole romantic garden with water fountain and lights the whole mall is just amazing
It shouldn't have been opened for the public yet. No restaurants or decent food that is not a snack or sweet. Of course Nickelodeon Universe is so crowded because it's the only attraction there and the ride times are so short. The rink is also open and also crowded.
May give it another shot later when it's fully operational. But the staff are super friendly.
I traveled two hours from Philadelphia... I made a stop first at Westfield Garden State plaza and I must say I was astonished the mall was big, had plenty of stores that applied to me, and it was an overall a good experience! I spent at least four to five hours here. However when I decided to travel down the road about 10 to 15 minutes to the American dream I was extremely disappointed. The mall has a very awkward layout in my opinion, there aren't enough stores opened. Everywhere you look you see coming soon signs... It's saddening for all this size to not even have a Macy's. It's a beautiful building don't get me wrong, it just needs the beautiful purpose to go along with it and that is to shop. This is a place you would bring children if you wanted to go to an indoor water park or have a ride around the roller coaster. In my opinion this is more for children and not for adults.
The most beautiful center in America, my children and I are constantly waiting and waiting for it to open so that we can spend an enjoyable time in it, all thanks to the owner of the idea of this center and all the staff .
American Dream is over priced compared to Great Adventure. It s in a small space It s like a really over priced carnival. Some of the rides are closed. Parking takes 20 min drive in American Dream to park. Very disorganized.
This place has many shops and are soon opening Amusement parks!
My son had a great time. They disinfected the seats after each ride and they had hand sanitizers everywhere. I was impressed.
Nice place to walk - Resembles the Mall of America. I will return to check out the different parks inside
Called today 12/17 spoke to a lady between 11-12 O'clock . Asked if Arc'teryx has already open for business since they don't have a direct number yet .She doesn't have a clue on what you stores currently open.
This mall gives me fancy terminal vibes. It has great lighting and awesome displays, that I'm sure if you wanted to, can be your photo shoot space. There is a beautiful garden and modern seating areas.
Cons: There seems to be no rules regarding the mechanical animals that people ride around in the mall. There are both adults and children zooming past people with no regards to others. It can be very dangerous.
Also, while everyone is wearing a mask, there is no concept of social distancing. Everyone was on top of each other on lines.
The place can give you the feeling of being boxed in because of the bright white walls and no windows.
I'm in love with this place so beautiful everything so clean, new shiny and the rides look amazing, unfortunately didn't get on the rides yet but saw them from above next time will go for them. Did do the ice skating my daughter loved it. I loved how they have an EMS on sight I fell and hit my head, everything was fine Thank God but I loved how they serviced me right away when I mentioned that I fell. They are being protective with their clients and they are also covering themselves super good. Restaurants aren't opened yet, hooe they had restaurants opened first because if your going to be there playing for a day you need to feed your energy. When they do open restaurants a KATZ DELICATESSEN would be great. The owner should ask them if they want to rent a spot there, that would be the best AMERICAN DREAM. Millions of people travel to NYC just for their pastrami imagine having one in the American Dream where future millions of people will visit. They would make great services together . OWNER YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO THAT.
Ahhhh man's homage to capitalism, place expansive and beautiful
The Nickelodeon park is amazing ,can't wait till the entire mall is open.
Big new mall. It has candy store, ice rank, amusement park, and water park (not open yet). I visited on 12/29 and only candy store, Nickelodeon, ice rank, amusement park was open. Very clean, alot of ppl. Cant wait for rest of the store to open
There are no food options yet on this mall. It's still under construction.
Went last weekend and it was perfect, not crowded, lines weren't long for the water rides.... wish they had more food options and that the overall temperature were warmer but other than that I had a blast.
Still in the process of filling the space. But the price of admission for some of the curricular activity is a bit high for anyone's fun. Start saving you chore monies.
Missing many stores, but the few they have are worth visiting (or window shopping) . Mall is super neat!
Very nice and cozy, despite not being all open facilities such as shops, I think it was missing an installation of this type for the enjoyment of people.
Very clean with good security and above all it has spaces to rest after so much walking
First time there and me and my family had a blast. Water park was great loved the wave pool the most!! Its a great place to take your family.
Big snow nice ski or board or snow bike jumps great access to snow regardless of the weather.... what an amazing place.
Overall a great place to get some riding in at a fair cost. $34 for 2 hour lift ticket as long as you have your own gear.($70 if you need to rent everything from board to clothing) I would recommend bringing a bag with all your gear and only putting it all on right before you enter the snow area. Both times i put my stuff on at the car then had to wait in lines while checking in between 20 and 40 minutes while overrheating with all my stuff on. (my own fault)
The only reason for not receiving 5 stars is that both times i went, there was many lift attendants standing around but none of them grouping people up for the ski lift to make the line shorter. On both occassions, if they were doing that, there would have been no lines at all but because they werent, you had to wait in line for approx 5-8 minutes each time you got on it and had to deal with kids responding, "why would i go on with you?" when trying to do so myself. And I went before and after covid, so that cannot be an excuse for not doing so. None of the attendants are on the same page. Out of 4 that I asked, "Is it normal not to seat four on a chair at a time?", three told me its not protocol, while a girl at the top with curly brown hair seemed outraged that the guys at the bottom were not doing it and told me they were supposed to and when she moved to bottom attendant, implemented it immediately and line wait went to zero. But she was only there for about two runs.
They have a little mini park for advanced riders thats been different each time I've went that seems to be set up by someone who knows what theyre doing. I would like to see a few more jumps or rails from top of hill to bottom. They also have several areas for beginner and first timers also. Overall great experience. Could recommend for anyone from a family looking for something fun to do for the day to advance rider looking to get some runs in to adventure junkies trying to get into something new and fun.
Very impressed with covid-19 protocols! Very well trained employees cleaned machines before an after each rider and all hands must be sanitized before riding. Slightly high priced for the amount there is to do but all and all a great time. We are trying Snow Cloud tomorrow and cant wait!
Very not organized, no help throughout, very poor signage, very confusing. Most of all, the rides are a RIP off like never seen. They charge for parents to go in with their children $59 just for going in NOT EVEN FOR GOING ON THE RIDES. Not a place to go, you will regret.
It's a little pricey but worth the money if you have bored kids who need to have fun. It's a fun place for adults as well . They have pretty awesome rides and the concession stands aren't bad.
Overall eat before you arrive because there s no actual food. I know it s a family environment but don t take your eyes off of your children also try & be careful because bags are not checked before entry.
As a parent, I d suggest that everyone in the same group is stamped with the same logo. Meaning only use the same stamp for each parent and their child- like Chuck E. Cheese does. This will further prevent child abduction.
Further more there are a lot of mass shootings, child and adult abductions, and other sick mayhem occurring. With that being said you guys should really check everyones bags before entering the park and check every child and parents logo before exiting. Because the way American Dream amusement park is set up now I completely felt unsafe. Please use my suggestions wisely after all we do live in a crazy world.
Not all stores have been opened yet, but there are many facilities, so I am sure that it will be a huge development and popular in the future.
Very big clean and spacious. Alot of great stored with plenty more opening soon. Nickelodeon was awesome! Can't wait to go back!
Awesome place, Big Snow was a great experience. The food court was huge and had a lot of interesting options. The atmosphere was great to walk and check out the shops
My kids loved the Ice skating rink, $30 ea. . Unfortunately, no clothing stores open yet. Didn't get a chance to go snowboarding, hopefully next time!
Great location, apple parking with clear markings and elevator access. Interesting decor and common areas with beautiful indoor gardens and fountains.
Kid friendly with smart cart cars with tablet for rent.
All major brands have opened, due to COVID entertainment sector is restricted. Looking forward to going back.
Loved it. Very close to highways and NYC. Perfect to get away with kids of all ages
American Dream is an exciting place. Its a child Dream come true. It has a ice skating ring, a indoor water park, and nickelodeon has rides with all your favorite characters from nickelodeon. Just go bring your kids/friends, u won't regret it & I guarantee you will want to come again I did.
Every day more shops and restaurants open !! It's amazing place !!
I had so much fun skiing here! I even went for one of the little hills even though it's my 3rd time skiing. Staff was really friendly! Snow was perfect!
Great place for the entire family, when completed, it will be an Awesome place
We went on a Saturday and it was packed. No one was following COVID rules at all. No social distancing, ignoring pathway directional markings, crowded stores and amusements (especially the ice rink sitting area, everyone was shoulder to shoulder!) The food areas were packed with long lines. We walked the entire mall just to check it out and left after shopping in 1 store. The noise level was terrible in certain mall areas. Not an enjoyable experience at all. The prices of the amusements were high. We may go back on a weekday to give it a second chance but never again on a weekend. 2 stars for the concept and the potential if some adjustments are made
Huge, al little confusing and not many stores open. Will be interesting to see when there are more stores open.
Super fun! Loved all the cool stores and seeing everything, there s still a lot of empty space though.
Over-all great experience and walking to BIG Snow with ski gear through the mall adds to the experience, in a good way! The rest of the mall is very clean and neat.
Very nice place for family and friends and to enjoy your whole day..
Many options .... and for all tastes..I love it ... it is very different
The most of the stars have an open yet it's still a good experience to go see American dream in person the amusement parks are fully open and some of the attractions are worth going to see in person
Should have done like MOA did... grandopening when everything done.. anticipation was higher back then wondering what it looked like inside.. made a spectacular grandopening! Also, charge per ride like their other malls, allowing strolling, shopping, watching rides etc. With no time limit or park admission. Blends better with shopping trip. Finally. More greenery...less concrete. Sterile look. Nickelodeon universe at MOA was originally Camp Snoopy so has paths, change in elevation, greenery, etc.
Went there on on Christmas Eve 2019. Water park was not open, but Nickelodeon Universe was. Admission was a little steep, but thoroughly enjoyed our 4.5 hours there. It's certainly not spacious, but the park was very well laid out. My wife and I loved the green rollercoaster, one of the best I've ever rode. The downside was the lack of food options. Food court (not even sure if I can call that) had very limited selection, and they were all super expensive. Recommend bringing in your own food since they don't check bags.
Fun, it's kid-friendly and has a very sleek design, the only thing is that it is not fully opened.
It's a HUGE mall with beautiful touches spread out. Great stores to select from. Several stores are yet to open. A variety of entertainment options to choose from for the kids. Would come back again for shopping and entertainment.
Definitely overpriced for many indoor activities, but it is fun to bring kid there once a while. Our toddler loves the two mini golf settings the most. He is not too into nickel land, which is a bit confusing and too many rules for him.
Great mall, lots of hand sanitizer everywhere. Still a few spots not open yet.
Great entertainment experiences, but a little pricey. shopping was good, looking forward to additional stores and more options in the food court.
Underwhelming tourist trap. Better off going to any other mall in the area
Absolutely amazing mall with many resturante attractions and many many shops. I wemt on a Saturday night and the mall was perfectly clean there is a kosher cinnabon too! There are marvel kiosks and others too you dont need to spend alot of money to have a great time here its a great mall just by itself
Still not open, just the atractions, Nickeloden, the skating rink and the icerink
Still missing, however very comfortable and good entertainment in BigSnow
So far it's okay. Nothing is really open yet so you'll have to wait and see. Everything is super expensive as of right now.
Very nice big mall but I didn't really like the stores. Alot of the stores I never even heard of
There are no food stalls. No stores are open yet.
We didn't go to nickledon universe, but looked amazing which consisted of roll coasters and many kid rides for year 5 and older. It was approx 55$ which included all rides .
We did go to Isugar(candy shop) which had many varieties of candies. It was filled with kids
We didnt go to skiing, but it looked amazing. It costs 79$ which includes rental for jacket and skiing equipment. Additional charges for helmet and goggles.
We went for ice skating which was amazing for first time. It is 19$ per person and 6$ for rental skating shoes.
Overpriced tourist trap - currently no stores open either
We had an amazing time with our two little ones at the Nickelodeon Theme Park. It was not overly crowded so wait time was minimal. The staff did a great job keeping things sanitized it gave me some additional relief. We can't wait to go back.
