It's a wonderful place for family and to go shopping as well which I did The fact that the parking is free that's Excellent and the mall is very clean

Lots of things to do.
Huge mall of course but everything is so expensive.
Tickets for the parks etc.
Way too expensive.

Everything's yet to be developed, but the current attractions such as the indoor snow park's entrance fees are just a bit too expensive(considering expensive isn't the problem but how weird their packages work). The mall itself is alright with some stores here and there, which is still in development and overall OK.

It was barely opened. It should be fully opened by Summer 2020

It is very full and big but if you are looking for something fun to do go to this mall they have everything here

The DreamWorks water park is amazing. We had a magical day filled with water slides and the wave pool!

This place is incredible! A full mall, a massive water park, a full indoor amusement park, an NHL size ice rink and a ski/ snowboarding hill! And much much more!

This was our first time skiing, jon (or joe?) Pal was our instructor, he was so nice and patient. He kept cheering us on, and he kept telling us that we can do it. And we did!!! We went on the big chair lift and we're pros at skiing down. Thanks jon pal for being amazing. We had a fabulous time. See you next time ;)

Nothing's open yet, has really cool but very pricey attractions

I had The Best Day Ever here my experience was outstanding and everyone staff and security were very attentive,helpful and kind.We visited Nickelodeon Universe on a weekday knowing lines would be shorter and went on every open ride 2x aswell as getting to see Patrick Star from Spongebob Squarepants along with Sky and Chase from Paw Patrol.

Inside park is small. Lines are extremely long, 2+ waiting hour for each attraction, no food, too loud, very crowd , and very expensive

I went to this magnificent mall for the first time and was so impressed. I can t wait for all the new stores that are coming. This is the perfect place to enjoy a weekend getaway with all the amenities for the entire family. I really wish this place lots of success because it has the best of entertainment all under one roof. I m very excited for the future of this place once it s completely finished.

The mall itself is beautiful. Between the skiing, ice skating, mini golf, water park, and amusement park, and dream riders, what else could you ask for? It will be great when all of the stores are open. Would definitely go back for another visit.

This mall is promising, theme parks are open but there are no stores for shopping. When it is completely opened I will update this review. If you want to snowboard and eat candy you will be fine. Otherwise wait until it's completely open

A work in progress! Ice rink, Whoopie Goldberg store, nickelodeon ride park, big snow, and its sugar are the only things open. Going to be an amazing place when everything opens next year!

Overcrowded, crude crowd.. every ride is overpriced and crazy expensive.. for 2 hours in the nickelodeon you got to pay $45 just to enter, rides extra.. bathrooms dirty, rarely found in the property.. no seating place if you are tired

It is the most beautiful, clean and tidy mall that I have seen I love everything it has I would like to be able to enjoy everything it has in one day it is a dream to be there

I've been waiting for years to finally get inside this place and take a walk around. When I visited it was still being filled out, with many stores still left to be built, but there was still plenty to see and do.

Since the mall is still new, it was nice and clean with a modern feel to it. Lots of walking which is great for getting in your exercise indoors.

Some unique stores that you don't see at every other mall in the area.

I enjoy the entertainment options and look forward to trying out mini golf, and visiting the future aquarium.

Lots of parking here too, and so far it's still free!

It's incredible hope to see this place packed after Covid 19

Nickelodeon park in the mall of American is much better and they have an open-concept that you can go inside and see how are the rides. This one you had to pay $$ to go inside no matter what! So if you think to bring your mother or father ( grandparents ) on your children s birthday they have to pay $$ only to see their grandchildren having fun smh!!

Do the math to see how much a family of four would cost to visit all of attractions... I'll wait

Wow, just wow. Hands down the craziest mall Ive ever been to!

It is a very fun place. Very good rides, for all ages. On November 27 they inaugurate the water park, and it will get much better.

The mall is still unoccupied by a lot of the advertised retail stores, but still a fun trip to kill time or just enjoy with your partner or bring the kids. Snowboarding was a hilarious experience and a quick trip to the mega candy store near the Nickelodeon Attraction for a sugar boost was a nice add on to the day. This place is set for the summer time to get a lot of attention.

1. If your looking for ice skating In the mall, Check.
2. If your looking for indoor Snowboarding/Skeeing, check.
3. If your looking for a two floor candy store with sales and the statue of liberty made out of what looks like jellybeans, check.
4. If you want to float around or slide in an indoor water park, check.

We (My wife & I) plan to visit again for sure, it was an enjoyable trip coming from the city (20 min. from Manhattan by bus). Definently recommend. The place fills up quickly by the afternoon just based off the listed attractions alone. 3 Stars for now, with the lack of much to do outside what was listed. The place is a ghost town on any other floor or still under construction. 4 stars soon as it's all fully up and running.

It was an AMAZING experience but we didn't feel very safe with the attractions such as - amusement park, water park, ice skating rink, indoor skiing and snowboarding and even a lot of restaurants and shops. Obviously, the food court was not at ALL safe, more that a few hundred people with their masks off. The water park also seemed unsafe, and so did the other attractions. I think the shops are not that bad, but the mall in general is REALLY crowded, so when we went there was barely anything SAFE to do. I'm not saying this place sucks or anything... But if your really concerned about the COVID- 19 pandemic, go AFTER the pandemic ends. If you are fine with being around more people, then I really recommend this place. All in all, this is a FANTASTIC place for all ages AFTER the pandemic... Definitely recommend it..:)

Big snow was the best experience ever for the first time skiing I can say tat it was fun

NOW OPEN! Don t listen to all the haters junky reviews, this place is a paradise in middle of New Jersey, worth every penny and speaking from experience parking is free. Go give it a visit you will not regret it. Have fun!

The mall s interior is beautiful. It has lots of sign as you won t miss the destination but lots of the stores are still close (not rented). Snow day was such a beautiful place to go. Make sure to have your gloves. They are providing lockers so don t worry about your belongings. They well sanitized everything and the mask is essential. If you don t know how to ski or snowboard, instructor in blue jacket will help you. You can actually practice in bunny hail. Totally worth it.

Not fully open yet. Terrible way finding for Lyft drop off spot while the app force you to choose the drop-off spot. No wifi or cell signal while you wait for the car.

Not worth the price, unless its a really bad day outside, cause hey, SixFlags 1h away is orders of magnitude better than Nickelodeon and Mountain creek is an actual real outdoor mountain with the ticket prices both being similar. Skating rink is just one more good rink but is NYC-like overpriced. There is no food court or any restaurants yet. There is no movie theater (not sure if there ever will be). There is just one (candy) store open. The water park still isn't open and there is no ETA. I did really expect more from it, sorry.

I spent 600 for me and my family to go to dreamworks water park, I paid for a 5 hour session but only got 4 because spent a whole hour waiting in line to get in. This place was GHETTO! I saw about 4 actual arguments from other guests, one right in front of my toddler that got physical, a fight in the parking lot also. And to top it off my sons phone got stolen as he was getting dressed inside the dressing room. GHETTO is an understatement. I will never go again or recommend. If I can give -0 stars I would

Very huge place! Everything the family could enjoy is here. Older kids, adults and young children it's very family friendly. Would have loved if everything was open but it's Covid times. Ice Rink and Angry Bird cosmo golf was a blast!

Went for the Halloween event where they said kids would get treats, characters in costume (there was only 2) and there would be spooky decor all throughout. Tickets were 210 for three people and all of the rides for the small kids were closed and it just was an unhappy experience...idk but this is false advertising

It not yet finish being built but the indoor Nickelodeon Park is so much fun the park has something for everyone, from kids to adults. The DreamWorks Waterpark that opens on Nov 27 looks so dope in can't wait to hit it up once it opens

American Dream is really nice but extremely expensive, Nickelodeon theme park really cute!! Love it... but it's definately not worth the $70 for all access.

The mail was beautiful but it was pretty packed and a lot of people not following covid guidelines! For such a big place you would think people would be walking around enforcing rules. However the mall is very wide and plenty to do.

It s ridiculous. Why don t you wait until March and open the whole mall!!! It s stupid opening but I m not going until the whole mall is open. Long wait for nothing

It looks amazing! The thing that stood out to me the most was the attentiveness of the staff. Everyone there was trying their best to make it enjoyable. There were lots of seasonal activities in the halls between parking and the theme park. Much of the mall is still under construction, but from inside they do a great job at hiding it with large temporary barriers covered with bright whimsical shapes, designs, and pictures. Over the next few months they will be opening more and more stores and taking down more and more of the temporary walls to open up more sections of the complex.

Not worth to go to Nickelodeon. Very expensive and no service.. food is not good.. very few service agents who can help you

Beautiful place. Everything well organized. Parking was hard to get into, because there are a lot of parking lots being constructed. Overall 5 star.

Partying could use more signage but security was helpful. Nickelodeon amusement park was amazing. Need more people working to get the wait time does but pretty good for second day!

The people who work there are super friendly. Its clean, the bathrooms are kept very tidy and stocked. Most stores that they have are open but there is still quite a few that are closed. Will definitely be coming back. We did the black light mini golf and it was very fun.

Wonderful, a very big nice place for children, it is ideal for the whole family

Huge mall with a lot of promise. The mall is usually empty since coronavirus is keeping people away and store have delayed their opening dates. But if this mall ever gets off the ground it should be eventually great.

This place looks really nice, but the 'theme park' (Nickelodeon) wasnt worth the asking price. $70 for a handful of rides. Some of the rides require an adult, but those rides are not meant for adults, so it very uncomfortable.

Why wouldn t you wait for a GRAND OPENING meaning everything opening at the same time We basically Walked into a construction site total waste of time definitely wait till 2020 when everything is accessible empty mall filled with pumpkins Scattered around is what awaits you if you go now

Great place for fun activities with the family. Not much stores are open for shopping. At time of my visit parking was free. Need to have more stores open.

I don t get why people on here are trashing this mall with 1 star reviews. They clearly stated that most of the mall won t be open until March of 2020. It is to be open in phases. So ignore all the 1 star reviews because apparently they don t know how to read when retail is coming. There are some stores that do open but that s cause they choose to open early. Also reviews that state mall of America rip off, but it s from the SAME company who OWNS MALL OF AMERICA!. Nickelodeon universe has been great so far, with attractions for all ages.
I d recommended to buy tickets online as it does tend to sell out on weekends.

This place is awesome, I ve only been there one time. I loved the ice rink, the water park is soon going to be ready. This place is really good I loved it.

I was just. Opened, there was only an open store, Nickelodeon, prices were high.

Very good fun..although a bit expensive...no adult passes and children pass...just general admission...bring your own food by the way...there are no restaurants and the snacks that are sold are a rip off...$12 for a cold sandwich
