This store is suppose to be on the higher end of shops based in Birmingham. The customer service does NOT match up to the name of House Of Fraiser The floor assistants should be ASHAMED Of the service they are offering their Paying Customers. They are COLD, UNINVITING and Very RUDE ...CUSTOMERS WAS IGNORED BY STAFF MEMBER After asking for information about products in the store

It is a great place for clothing ,makeup and accessories .one could be able to find all required things

Nice place. My Tom Tom can't find it despite I have latest maps to date. Parking is a big issue. I would recommend find parking prior to going there or you will feel like you are on different planet.

Excellent help and support from Phase Eight on the 1st floor

Alan and Sharon were very hospitable. 10/10, would stay at House of Fraser again.

Nice stock but the building is getting really run down

Not sure how this place manages to survive. The first obstacles are the very heavy TWO sets of battered non-automatic doors and then a set of steps, so no disabled access. No electrical section, yet half an entire floor is devoted to luggage. Unsurprisingly, I saw no other prospective customers on that floor, and assistants standing around with nothing to do.

Not at all crowded and the stock was well spaced out. The staff were very helpful - but it was not always easy to find someone if you wanted assistance or answers to queries.
