My experience with Crystal Clear Warranty was terrible. I tried to contact them as I had a fault with my car. They did not answer me for over a month: when they did answer they denied me a refund because I supposed to contact them before so they can authorizing the payment. How can I contact them if they are not answering? In the end you have a warranty to protect you in case there is a problem. I will never buy again something with a Crystal Clear Warranty. Utterly disgusted!
I rang with a query. The response was quick, efficient and courteous. My problem was picked up and solved and within hours I was left a pleasant message letting me everything was sorted out. Thank you Paul.
I bought a car from batchelors york and took out a 12 month crystal clear warranty for peace of mind. Twice the car has had to go in for repair and TWICE you have refused to cover the repair. The latest repair is for a new pedal box as the clutch pedal does not return when pressed which is going to cost me nearly a thousand pounds. Your "crystal" clear policy has more get out clauses than I could count and is not worth the paper it is printed. Shocking service and clearly NOT crystal clear. Rang the claims line to question why its not covered and was put through to a quite rude and arrogant man who just kept saying its not covered on the "list" of covered items, had to hang up in the end. If I could give a zero star rating I would.
And as for your reply,
1 - When you take out a policy which states it covers electrical and mechanical breakdowns you expect it to do just that
2 - No you did not cover my other two claims, you rejected one of them because, you guessed it!! IT WASN'T ON THE LIST.
