Houra is extremely expensive. On the pack of St Georges the price of the liter is 0.51 against 0.32 .
Overall, there is about a 20% minimum gap. Associated with high delivery prices, I let you imagine.
I only order the St Georges while waiting for my Monoprix store to deliver them.

Excellent customer service - consistently over the years (I believe I started using Houra in 2006). Houra deliverers, unlike the competitors I have tested, are NEVER LATE. If you get delivered because your time is precious, this is the right solution. High-end products (cheese, delicatessen, cold meats ...) are also welcome.

Customer from the beginning I have never been disappointed. The site is nice. A wide choice in the products which is exceptional. During the preparation the products are sorted, it is the best for storage. Delivery always on time delivery to the top. There is just one thing, prices are high. Despite the decreasing fees depending on the amount of the order it remains high because to reach 180 for free delivery costs, it is difficult for a home of two people. We must reduce the price to be met for the free delivery costs. I highly recommend HOURA. A big thank-you.

I tested, it is disappointing because already basic it is expensive, and I do not see what justifies so many differences on the prices, the choice is certainly great but not effective. The delivery costs are still expensive, at 9.90 delivery we could have comfortable slots because seeing slots from 10 am to 4 pm all already taken, 2 days before the desired date is abused ca.
You have to order 4 days before to see its delivery arriving on Monday at 2 p.m. (and not at 5 p.m.) in the 9th district of Paris ?????

I have never seen the deliverers, but no bad feedback, they must be good, in all the way the system of tracing of the delivery and notification is excellent and they are on time indicated.

Otherwise it's super interesting, but I will come back when the prices are lower and there will be more trucks for more comfortable slots that we don't need to book 4 days before. There are products for which not to rock when it is a little more expensive is fine, but the same by having the means it is a very stupid expense to pay 30% more for the same products.

In addition, choice on the site but I find that you do not put enough fresh products ex salad ect .. it's a shame!
I also share the opinion of the person below, the deliverers are all alone. Fortunately he was kind and helped me carry my shopping on 6 floors, when I had ordered packs of water and other heavy items. I did not expect him to be alone.
Please pay more attention to the conditions of your employees. He also had no gloves or mask.
For people who are in direct contact with others during this crisis it is really alarming for them.

Why deliverers are always alone in making deliveries even when the total weight is downright abused. I live on the third floor without elevator and I ordered for about 100kg of shopping and the delivery man was the only one to mount them! This gives a very bad image of your company which visibly cares only about profit and absolutely not the health of its employees. Your deliverers are nice, punctual and professional but, given your company's policy, I will not order from you in the future.

Except I receive, the day before, on April 1 (and it is not a fish) an email announcing to me that they canceled my order because they lacked personnel !!!
I am convinced that a large number of students are just waiting to work in this kind of structure.
Also when I called for explanations the person did not try to offer me an arrangement, "it's like that", that's it!
For a group like Houra this is unacceptable!

The positive at Houra is a large choice of products, responsive and courteous customer service, efficient and friendly delivery people, top-notch order pickers, innovative H! P H! P H! P advantages; the negative is high prices (especially vegetables which are not always fresh or whose origin does not always correspond to what is indicated on the site), items which suddenly are no longer offered for sale (recently, festive products have disappeared from sale in the middle of the holiday season!) but also the delivery of sometimes expired products; this has happened to us several times, especially for frozen meat covered in ice (obviously thawed and refrozen!) and whose use-by date was a few months old (admittedly, we were reimbursed without worry but still, it goes of our health!).
Update of 09/19/20: 4 stars for Houra listening to customer comments to improve.

I regularly ordered from Houra.fr until I decided to order at my holiday location and they planted me at the last minute because after asking me for the lease of the house he explained to me they have trouble receiving email attachments in 2019.
All this while having to harass them by telephone to indicate to have an unpleasant answer to possible. Conclusion: everything is very good at home EXCEPT IN CASE OF PROBLEM. And in life we judge the behavior of a physical or moral person in difficulty. My judgment is done. Adios Houra.fr, during my holidays, in Paris and of course .. in the ear of my many friends.

We were regular customers of Houra.fr but this time we say stop.
First problem in July: chocolate bar fondue
Second problem in September: received spoiled chicken fillets that had turned before the DLC
And third problem this month: the coppa was moldy more than a month before end of the DLC

I also remember having received a fruit basket where 3/4 were inedible, not ripe enough.

There is clearly a big cold chain problem at this company.
And besides the prices are expensive ...

So yes the customer service is responsive, but that's not enough, so we'll see elsewhere for the future.

I have been a customer since 2011 and can only praise this company. Of course the prices are high and the loyalty program needs to be reviewed, but I only encountered a problem (not even their fault) once. They are always on schedule, nothing is missing and their delivery people are friendly. In addition, the slots offered are very wide. I tried to go through Auchandirect and each time encountered problems: delays, missing products and forced to fight for a refund of ... 4.30 euros. I prefer to pay more at Houra but at least there is the quality of service and reliability.

Houra would gain by lowering its prices rather than increasing them. It becomes complicated to place an order precisely because of high prices. Fruits / Vegetables / milks / Yogurts / Frozen products / Cakes, everything is a little more expensive than at other competitors. It's a pity that Houra is not more attentive to the housewives.

We have ordered from Houra several times now and have always had very good experiences.
1. Orders can be changed even after being placed (if something has been forgotten)
2. The delivery people are ALWAYS on time and we are warned an hour before and provided with a 5min slot - we couldn't be better
3. The choice of site is good even if we miss the delicatessen products (Wagyu steak, etc.)
4. The delivery people are always super nice so far without exceptions (5 deliveries and more)

So basically go there no problem

I will not be able to put 5 stars and I will explain why, previously we spent a lot of order, meat, vegetables, fruits, without any worries. Then after a few months without ordering we trust Houra again, meat, vegetables ... Unfortunately the damaged meat not even passed date. The customer service is very nice, the refund very fast, the deliverymen are very pleasant. At this level nothing to say.
I decided after this bad experience to no longer order meat and this week, after several months without ordering meat, I decided to retry the coup.
Just to take a pork half salt pork, a nauseating smell at the opening with a dlc of 21/12/19.
It would be necessary to review your chain of cold which is not respected, there is really a problem with your meats.
The impeccable customer service, the deliverers no worries, never an oversight, but for the rest it's a goodbye.
