I would give them a -5 stars if possible. I ordered 200 small picture frames from them on February 28th. The frames were exactly what my fiancee was looking for and we were hoping to use them to make customized gifts for our guests for our wedding on May 28th. I sent them an email on April 4th inquiring about the status (no response) and called them twice and left voicemails (again, no response). I finally received an email from them on April 25th stating that the product was out of stock! There was plenty of time to give me advance notice, which would have given me the opportunity to purchase similar products from a more reputable company. Additionally, they were quick to charge my account over $300 for the purchase! In their email they stated, "Please contact us as soon as possible to further discuss how you wish to proceed with your order." I called them twice and emailed them twice since they notified me - no response back, of course! Please save your time, money and trouble by not purchasing anything from this poor excuse of a company. They should not be in business!

What a scary bad experience (so far)! This began on Dec 7 and I needed my product by Jan 2nd. Dennis told me that he was so glad I gave him so much time to have this done (as most people need things in 3-4 days).
I was so excited to find what I wanted and a place that would imprint backpacks and water bottles with my logo.
It's Jan 2nd and I have no product - I already paid approx $300 - I can't get them to return a call or email for 2 weeks to give me peace of mind. I have no idea what to do so in desperation I am doing this. It is the only thing we as a group are planning for our friend's birthday. What the heck can I do?? Will these things come: is it all a scam: am I screwed??

You can't even walk in a look at the stuff they have

I placed my order on 08/27/17 and the order remains in pending status. The website states the order will be processed in 1-2 business days and I have yet to see any action on the order. I have contacted customer service multiple times, through every way listed on their website but never receive a response. The only think that they were quick to do was charge my credit card. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Don't waste your time ordering from them, you won't get your items but you will get the charge. I would give zero stars if possible.

Grumpy little manager lady in charge of running errands. Last year, I wanted some wedding items for a classic wedding back in Lisbon, however there does not seem to be a wide selection of the ones I am looking for. The inventory is very lovely I agree, but hey old school wedding palaces in Europe require a different feel and unfortunately their items did not match up. There is absolutely no problem in that, however some people have a temper problem when clients are not willing to buy immediately. I wanted to actually buy a nice looking plate but I decided to snub her by not buying it. That ought to be enough to shame them before their next paycheque. Could it be they do not let people look at it for one minute? I have never heard of any store or shopping center strip store that did anything like that PSH. That is a classic example of bad business ethics. Now that I think about it, if more people were to ever to get close with the businesspeople here, bad rumours will spread like flies all over the city. If Queen Maria Pia were still alive, she would rally up her royal servants to shut the place down for good while these clerks get detained; no questions asked. Say what? Their items are defective? That is a red flag right there pal. First the rude personalities and now the poor quality. Spend your money somewhere where people will be more accommodating. Que Legal?
