Bought a set of Titan knives + peelers from this mob at an exhibition booth. Apparently they ran out of 2 of the knives so the agreement was to ship it and I would receive it by the 2nd week. I called up 2nd week to check on the delivery status and was told to wait another week. Come 3rd week when I called, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude, kept cutting me off while I was talking, accused me of calling multiple times when I only called twice and told me to stop wasting his time. He also implied I had communication issue because I was speaking rather softly from office with a non-Aussie accent. Eventually I had to hang up to put a stop to his verbal diarrhoea.
I paid good money ($450!!) for a set of overpriced made-in-China knives because my missus wanted them and had to put up with this kind of attitude. My advice is to spend your hard-earned money elsewhere unless you want to go through I'd been through.
