SCAM My husband and I ordered a mattress online from a company called St. Regis Boutique Hotel Store. After a month, I got a text saying it will be delivered on 01/18th/2020 , but it never came. The supervisor, Tina Lee, said it would come on 01/20/2020, then again on 01/22/2020- it never came. The delivery service said they told Tina Lee; they never had the mattress. Tina said they were lying, and to order a new one and it would be another 3 weeks. I asked who Tina s supervisor was, she replied, " I am not telling you that." I asked her, what state her company was in, she replied "I am not telling you that." I asked if her company was owned by St. Regis Hotel, She replied, " I am not telling you that." I asked her who owned her company, and she replied, "I am not telling you that." I asked for a refund for the mattress and she finally refunded me for the mattress. However, we did have to stay at a 2 star hotel for 11 nights ($1,305.73), since we did not have a mattress to sleep on.
Their company (Hotels at Home Inc.) found a loop hole to claim they are the St. Regis s own Store, and advertise as such even though they are far from it. Online it is reported this company is a scam. They have many websites, and they advertise that they are the store for the following hotels: Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, W Hotel, Westin, Sheraton, Courtyard and Gaylord. They do not say they only products to those hotels; they actual claim they are the actual store for those hotels. For example their website I found them on is called St. Regis Boutique Hotel Store . I did not know they were an independent company-they were just selling their items to St. Regis since you have to search very hard to find this information out. They will not tell you that information on the phone even when you ask as I mentioned above.

This is not a hotel. This is a business that sells...

This is not a hotel. This is a business that sells hotel supplies and hotel style sheets and towels, robes, shampoos, soaps, and so on to the public. If someone stays at a particular chain hotel and likes the decor, mattress, linens, robe, etc., so much they want to purchase them, this is the place they are referred to by hotel staff to purchase the item(s).

This company states they do the billing for Shop ...

This company states they do the billing for Shop Courtyard . It is located at the same address as Shop Courtyard. I ordered a queen size duvet for my comforter. At end of order, there was NO confirmation that the order was a success. So I ordered it again, received the order confirmation and two duvets arrived I called them the next day. They gave me the address for returns and said I had to pay for return postage. Guess everyone can t be as customer service oriented as amazon. Even in a flat box it s gonna be $25.00 to return. This organization does not care about customer service. Highly recommend you reconsider b4 purchasing from SHOP COURTYARD!

Not only are their products horrible but working f...

Not only are their products horrible but working for this company is even worse! Management (Ware Family are the Owners) are all horrible and humiliate the employees in front of everyone if there is an error every chance they get. The old lady Mrs. Ware personally yelled at me at the top of her lungs one day in the office over something that was not communicated to me but she assumed it had. She yelled like a crazy woman. This was verbal abuse! I have never been yelled at like that even by my own mother. Other employees say it is common place. Plus they only offered me $10/hr as an Customer Service Rep with a college degree! The son (the Company President) is just as bad! Please don t work there and don t order here. So many complaints everyday that the products weren t the same as the hotels they stayed in. You have been warned!

Horrible customer service! This company is a scam! Don't order anything from them! And do you seriously want hotel labeled items in your home? You'll look like a hoarder! For the amount of money you'll spend buying hotel product - go shop at a real store and get quality merchandise from good people delivering good customer service and a quality product. Hotels at Home is a waste of your time and money! Shop elsewhere!

Marriott Hotels - Shame on you for lending your na...

Marriott Hotels - Shame on you for lending your name to this crummy service. I received sheets that were supposed to be the same quality as your bedding products. These so called 300 count sheets are rougher than sandpaper and had the "website" said 60/40 cotton/Polyester blend, I would never have ordered them. State it, don't hide behind it. SAY IT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Then how is it that it costs $35 to ship a 3.3 lb package from New Jersey to North Florida? Online with USPS its $11, UPS ground is $13.95.......Hotels at Home is a ripoff, do not use them.
