I felt comfortable there.
The noise in the vicinity of the Cinemaxx is already bad, shishabar, club, etc., but the hotel can not help it. All in all, recommended.

The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is friendly and courteous. Noisy.

Perfect location, good standard in the rooms, service totally ok. A little difficult to find tables for breakfast and it took too long to clear the tables. Overall a good hotel.

Was here over the weekend, right at the main station, 5 min. to the old town very historical medieval area. The hotel is very well soundproofed from the noise at the station in the evening.
I slept very well.
Also a very delicious breakfast, it is already on the table. There are time slots to let the reception know. Due to Corona virus I could not use the spa area. Too bad I should have called beforehand.
There was a very large pool, steam bath and dry sauna. What was also great is that the Flixbus leaves directly from the hotel.
Otherwise again at any time!

The hotel is located near Bremen Central Station, but this has no immediate noise nuisance result. Footpath is in 15 minutes in the center. The public in the vicinity of the main station is typical for the milieu. The environment offers some nice restaurants. Alm hut, Tyrolean parlor ...

Our room was on the 4th floor to the courtyard. The room was modern and clean and quiet. The carpet in the hallway to the rooms appeared fresh, what the atmosphere was beneficial.

The staff was invariably very helpful and friendly - highly recommended, so you feel comfortable as a guest.

The garage was reserved as desired and the parking space sufficiently sized, although it requires a little courage to drive down the ramp to the garage. ;-)

The breakfast was always fresh stocked with goods, the breakfast room is also for the relatively many guests sufficiently dimensioned. However, it was quite warm although the weather was still quite cool for mid-June.

We would come again.

It was not possible to book more than an hour, although appointments were almost never taken.
Breakfast buffet: 1st coffee machine broken. You should act quickly or, which would be a matter of course for me, have a replacement in reserve.
The trolley used to clear the tables is so dirty that everything goes by when you think about the trolley being moved near the tables.
3. No variety at the buffet.

For the fact that it is at the train station, the rooms are quite quiet. The breakfast buffet is appealing, the rooms are clean and the front desk is friendly. Minus points .... the parking situation, the difficult room lock and the TV set in my room.

Hotel very nice, but the rooms facing the expressway were noisy. Very good breakfast and a very nice sauna area.

Ok hotel with very different rooms. If you are lucky then you get a newly renovated room and everything is good if not you can very old rooms which partly loud or in the worst case smell of mold. Luckily I could always change rooms ..... breakfast is good and the biggest reason to stay there is the gym with pool and sauna. Everything in all ok and gym makes it good.

We are once a month in the Cafe Hauptmeier, that in the hotel has an exquisite cake offer.

This is one of the Best Western hotels and has several advantages: If you come by train, you have crossed the lobby and it is right in front of you. Did you come by car? It has a garage for guests, and this is a huge advantage in a city where there are no parking spaces. Rooms are large and clean but the hotel is a little outdated. It's not bad for a night's stay.

So far everything was actually good. We had nothing great to complain about.

Our door was a bit warped so that you could stick a finger through it. Still, it was very quiet.

All in all, it was very clean and tidy.

The breakfast buffet was very rich and consistently delicious. Except for the meat salad, which didn't really please our palate, but that's a matter of taste.

To the in-house bar:
Service great, cocktails great ... But the sauce for the nachos could be homemade. We both found the sauce from the bottle really not tasty.

First of all the positive. The room was very clean and there was nothing to complain about in the bathroom. The decor was rather extravagant, you have to like it.
The staff at the front desk was very nice and the ladies from housekeeping were also very helpful and very nice. The spa area surprised me positively. I found four different saunas, a nice relaxation area and a pool to be very extensive. Again, the staff was very nice!

The breakfast then unfortunately very disappointed me, it was not as extensive as I had hoped, a lot was empty and was not immediately refilled. The glasses for the juice were stuck in the cupboard. All the spoons at the buffet were stuck, so I couldn't eat with my hands without washing them again. Unfortunately, it was not possible to find a clean table. The dirty dishes from the previous guests were everywhere and nobody seemed to clear them away. When you met staff there was neither a greeting nor a smile. When I thought about going to my room with my latte macchiato - because it was clean there, I was approached by a service staff in an impossible way. As if I was going to steal the glass. Really impossible! I would like to say at this point that I also have a job that I do all week. And I am basically friendly to all customers. So if I want to relax for a weekend, I expect that this kind of friendliness will also be shown to me. And if you don't feel capable of doing this, then you'd better not work in service and especially not with people.

Hotel is fine. Good beds & rooms. Breakfast is good too.

This is how I imagine a good hotel. The location is great. Right in the city at the train station. All sights and shops are within walking distance. The service is 1A. The employees really think of everything here. You rooms are very nice and adequately equipped. Fitness and wellness area are very nicely designed with (I think) 5 saunas and a steam sauna, a pool, a whirlpool and a sun bed. Fitness area has all the necessary equipment. Massages and other beauty treatments are on a separate floor.
The breakfast buffet is sufficiently varied for my taste and everything was very tasty. Price-performance ratio is right. We are very satisfied.

Nice personel. Good standard in the furnishings, but corridors that are too dark and light influences that are not contemporary, if the dark colors of the carpets and doors are retained.

Best Western Bremen was far superior to many Best Western hotels I have stayed at over the years. Extremely courteous and professional staff in reception. Quiet chap ran the bar. He was polite and efficient. He was always there to provide me with snacks and drinks just as I needed them using some super power...well done!

It was very beautiful. Except the cleaners just came into the room although you have a sign posted outside please do not bother. And it's quite loud outside at the back in the evening. Breakfast very delicious indoor pool and sauna very clean.

Pretty ok and clean hotel. The air conditioning device in room is ancient. Good breakfast, but unfriendly waitresses. The cleaning lady knocked on the door and opened it although I had "do not disturb" tag.

My room was alwayw clean. The highlight was definitely the wellness area.

Between the holidays we spent a few days at the Hotel Zur Post.

After a special search for wellness , this hotel was offered on the Internet and selected by us.

The disappointment was very big on the first day in the wellness area of the hotel. The facility was nowhere near as modern, bright and friendly as it appeared in the pictures.

The area is divided into swimming and sauna areas, which were separated from each other. Despite clear indications in the sauna area, many (to put it in a friendly way) "international guests" walked around wearing bathing suits. Covering the wood in the saunas with towels was also not taken very seriously. The extreme volume of these guests was very noticeable. Peace and consideration seem to be unknown here. There does not seem to be any control on the part of the operator. With a shake of the head, we took note of a sign in the shower saying do not urinate . That says a lot about certain guest behavior.

After notification at the hotel reception, we were informed that the wellness area does not belong to the hotel at all but is a separate operator who only provides the hotel with use of the fitness and wellness area for a fee. This means that there is no washing lotion in the showers, as is common in hotels. There should be a notice about this, at least for hotel guests.

The fitness area, on the other hand, made a very good impression with lots of new equipment.

The hotel is near the train station. Unfortunately, there is still a lot of noise in the rooms on the 6th floor. On the positive side, the downtown area is very easy to walk to.

We really liked the clean maisonette room. Large, spacious with a new bathroom and a separate toilet area.

The sleeping possibility was upstairs under the roof, downstairs we liked a sofa area with a fridge and safe.

Not common and therefore clearly positive is the good WiFi in the house.

Furthermore, we liked the extensive and plentiful breakfast.

Unfortunately one was begged in front of the hotel of the more frequent by various people for money. Twice I could see how these people just waited for someone from the hotel. Unfortunately, they were partially harassing and insulted. That one can not avoid this in the proximity of the main station, is clear! This may require a porter who sends these people away and ensures that hotel guests like to stay in front of the hotel.

The hotel is in the city center in a great location.
The rooms are large and spacious, for a change the room is lit.
There is no safe in the room which is a disadvantage.

Solid hotel in a central location. Room clean, beds good. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the breakfast room is cozy. Nice bar to end the day and very friendly staff. Only criticism. The shower is very small and the proximity to the train station makes it noisy at night. But otherwise we would book it again. Perfect for a weekend trip

Very nice staff. Very nice and clean room. The mattress was too firm to our taste. But everyone likes it differently. But I think that the hotel is pretty noisy. Breakfast was perfect. All you need.

The appealing business hotel is centrally located at the train station. Nevertheless, it is quiet and has air conditioning. The persona is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. However, they are a bit unfavorable. The bathroom is a little too small. While sitting on the toilet, I banged my knees against the wall. There is a wellness offer, which I did not try. The price is OK.

We were here as a large family and booked 3 double rooms ... our mother celebrated her 75th birthday with us. In advance I had ordered a birthday cake with a birthday breakfast table, it was just perfect. The cake was world class the staff in the breakfast room were all very courteous and friendly. We were even brought a glass of champagne to the table. My mother found a box of chocolates in her room with a card from the hotel.
The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The entire staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. We will be back definitely...

It is a beautiful person even in the Best western series. Especially the breakfast restaurant was cozy with a cozy atmosphere.

On the downside, the room splits with no cooler, and if you open a window in a room without a cooler, the noise of the car is great on a wide back road.
