Friendly staff and clean rooms. The room we had for our stay was a bit small with a cramped bathroom (door got very close to the toilet when open) but it was still totally useful and welcoming. There is an Italian restaurant right downstairs but we never got to eat there. There are good restaurants and shops within a few minutes of the hotel location which makes seeing and eating easy.

Beautiful restruant and hotel. Very stylish. Friendly staff. The restraunt has a nice selective variety of wine and the food is absolutely delicious! Pictured below is the sward fish special they had that night as well as their tiramisu for dessert. No disappointments and highly recommended!

Location is great. You can walk to Pike Market in 15 minutes. We also walked to Starbucks Roastery Reserve for about 15 minutes. You don't need to rent a car. Easy transport systems close by. You can take a bus or light rail or monorail.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the location was incredible. Being across the street from the public library was absolutely mind blowing. Pike place was walkable and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel vintage.

Great hotel with great comfort and close to the center of Seattle. You will be less than 15 minutes walk from pike market. The restaurant at the hotel is also very nice although a little pricey.

My first issue arose with the location of my room, right in front of the elevator. I guess someone has to have it.
But I also felt the linens and cleanliness were fine, but less than expected.
I wish I had stayed down the road at the Fairmont.

The room itself was incredible. King size bed, large tv, roomy bathroom. Other than the view of buildings to the east, the view from the top floor was great!

Only thing I'd recommend would be to put microwaves in each room along with a mini refrigerator for drinks and such.

Very clean room, friendly front desk. We got there at like 8 AM on a rainy Saturday, our room was not ready (understandably), so they gave me and my partner an umbrella to borrow and told us they'd text when our room was ready, which was about 3 hours prior to check-in! Great location, lovely decor and felt clean.

Cane here to visit some friends who are in from Portland. The hotel is excellent, beautiful and clean inside. The room was small but nice and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and courteous at all hours, and the room rates were less than the experience implied.

Note this review is strictly for the VALET Service.

I booked my Reserved Parking spot for 2 nights and 3 days through SpotHero. This equated to about $52 USD. When I arrived at the Valet Service I was told that they had to turn me away, and that they did not know why SpotHero was still issuing Spots.

Ok fine. So I opted to pay the regular price. I was told that it was 42$ a night, this would be $84 total.

When I came to pick up my car I was told that I was going to be charged 3 nights for a grand total of $154 USD.

UPDATE: Hayden and I spoke on the phone and she has given me a refund. Very professional, will try again the next time I am in town

We stayed in a king bed suite (Naches Heights Vineyard). The room was spacious compared to some of the other hotels we've frequented. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful considering we came in 5 hours before check in. Cheryl had our bags stored until our room was ready so we could do some sight seeing without having to worry about our luggage. Shopping and dining are within walking distance. They also have complementary wine in the evening. The room included two terry cloth robes, a yoga mat, and an umbrella which was a nice touch for an area that gets rain quite a bit. Well definitely consider this hotel again on our next visit to Seattle.

!!READ ME!! How you doing? bet its better than me because I had to sleep on a hard roll over bed brought to me by these people. I couldn't fit in that small room they placed 4 of us in a one bed, room I'm truly upset and discouraged they gave away our room even though it was booked I hope you guys see this honestly I couldn't be more enraged by this situation they only offered free breakfast but the food was bad real bad. The people are rude unprofessional and racists don't go!!

Unable to get hot water in shower or bath. Engineer tested water with a gadget which said water was hot. He would not actually touch water himself to check. They did not care that we had a problem. Had to have luke warm showers the whole time. Customer satisfaction irrelevant. Definitely would not recommend staying ther.

I've stayed in Kimpton hotels before and always had a pleasant experience so decided to stay in one again for my six-day trip to Seattle. This Kimpton disappointed though. The room was dated (not vintage!) and dark. The bathroom was so small, I found it difficult to get in and close the door. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired - I found toenails from a previous guest on the floor (which was not addressed in the 6 nights I stayed there), towels were stained and used drinking glasses were left in the room unwashed for several days.

The cost of my stay was inflated due to high demand in Seattle at the time (which I fully understand is normal practice) however I expect when paying inflated prices that the level of service is maintained at a very high standard to reflect the price.

On the plus side, the beds were rather comfortable however I will not be staying at the Kimpton Hotel Vintage again and I would not recommend it to others.

The room was great and very pet friendly, unfortunately we had to space in our mini fridge for our baby bottels. Also the crib they brought us was an old pack n play without even a sheet for bedding

The room was too small. The service was great. The hotel charged 20 USD per night adicional to our initial reservation price because they said it was for amenities we dont know about this aditional charge and it was somewhat upsetting

Friendly staff and clean rooms. As soon as I checked in, Kaylee at the front desk made me feel incredibly welcome. I had some amazing talks at wine hour (which was complimentary) and afterwards was able to walk to many local bars and spots in the city. Also the beds may just be the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I can't wait to stay at the Vintage again and will highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Seattle in style.

Neat little place. Very dog friendly. There was a bull dog behind the counter when I checked in and water dishes for other dogs: love that. They do a wine hour from 5-6. Free wine. I never partook but there was definitely people partaking. The rooms were clean and modern. Good selection of food and drink in the room. There was no coffee machine in the room, however there is free Starbucks in the front lobby. On our last day I ordered room service. A waffle for my girlfriend and I got bacon eggs and toast, it was a pain to get ahold of someone to take my order and didn t bring ketch up. They also included the 20% gratitude on the bill, I also tipped her not knowing. Just an FYI. The food was WAY over priced. The hotel itself was affordable. I paid 120-135 American over a long weekend. Really good location, 10 min walk to pike market. Tons of bars and restaurants close. I would stay here again.

I always love Kimpton with the member free Wi-Fi, the happy hour, and coffee and tea in the morning. This one has a great restaurant connected to it and is in the heart of downtown Seattle. It's walking distance to everything which makes it super handy. Nice quiet boutique-style Hotel.

Adam at the front desk was absolutely amazing! From the friendly personality he greeted us with at check in, to giving us recommendations of places to go see and do, to serving us wine with lots of laughs during the happy hour. Adam is an all around top notch guy and a priceless asset to this hotel.
