One of the best hotels I currently know. I can particularly recommend the SPA area.

I took a two-night break at the Hotel Fairmont Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg and am extremely relaxed and enthusiastic! The room, the cleanliness, the service, the friendly and very helpful staff - everything perfect! The massage in the spa was a dream and is highly recommended! Since a cold caught up with me, I could not use the sauna as planned - the staff was very attentive and always offered me ginger shots and ginger tea and brought them to my room so that I could get well quickly ! I can't get out of the crush - thank you for the great and relaxing days!

A great Grand Hotel and in our opinion absolutely rightly one of the top leading hotels of the world.

The service is great. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable and luxurious. Everything in perfect condition. In this Hotel-Cosmos with its 3 excellent restaurants, 2 cafes, 2 bars, a very cosy Spa (in the roof truss, with fireplace) as well as a hairdresser you could spend several days without further ado (...with appropriate pocket money) and lose the feeling for time and space.

......we are working a bit harder from now on to come back soon and stay longer!

The breakfast: the salmon, the jam, the orange juice and the coffee ... well. You've had it better. Nevertheless: very nice service. The Haerlin, Grill and Nikkei Nine restaurants, however: great.

We were at the Fairmont for teatime and unfortunately we were very disappointed. The selection of teas was of high quality, but the price / performance ratio is unfortunately not correct at all. The scones were cold and especially the petit fours more than disappointing, 138, - for 2 people (without champagne) and neither the quality nor the quantity was sufficient, a shame. We had much better afternoon teas for a lower price in other 5 * hotels.

The Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten has been the only hotel in Hamburg to convince us. Excellent unobtrusive and unencumbered service, stylishly furnished clean and intact rooms without apparent signs of wear and tear of the previous users, excellent room service and excellent breakfast.

Great hotel with sensational service. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Whether at the entrance to the reception or the cleaning staff, you are always greeted politely. The rooms are super nice and well maintained and the spa area is also worth a visit. Breakfast at this hotel is also highly recommended. We love to come back to the Fairmont. 5 stars absolutely deserved!

Looks very luxurious from the outside and foyer, but the entrance was blocked by a motorcade of black cars, which is altogether off-putting.

Super great hotel, the breakfast is a bit too expensive.

Arrive and relax, friendly and attentive care from the first moment, a nice room with many little niceties, for example a thermometer for the bath water. Definitely old school, a real experience.

There is no hotel in which I prefer to check in as in the "four seasons"! Here I have never had a negative experience, and the staff is the friendliest and most accommodating I know! The "Four Seasons" offer an exemplary "Grand Hotel Service" and I would not be surprised if even the pretzel sticks themselves are made ... ;-) Here there is always only the best !!

incredibly luxurious and beautiful, EVERYONE is treated the same as a GUEST. For me no hotel for "every day", but at some point I would like to be spoiled here again.

I've stayed at many European and American hotels, but the Vier Jahrezseiten is top-notch. Such helpful and friendly staff, especially the doorman! I felt really looked after.

My deluxe room was impeccable. So clinically clean and inviting. The big shower cabinet as well as a bathtub was really nice. Very impressive room lighting with like 10 switches and dimming settings/combinations for everything! Bathroom could be dimmed down really low (see photograph). In most hotels, the chandelier can be dimmed and brightened -- but having the light-dimming on two separate light sources in the bathroom wass perfect for me. Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night and not getting a surgery room hospital spotlight in your face is super nice! No squinting! Love it!

Very nice area in the Jungfernstieg with walking distance to Prada and Louis Vuitton!

A beautiful old-established hotel, which still places value on traditions. Customers of ours have stayed here many times and were extremely satisfied and we come here and now to eat here. I love this magnificent and cozy atmosphere very much. Staff of course always the finest and in a jiffy!

We were unlucky with the weather and then the pontoon is rather fresh - in the sun it is certainly great!

A very nice historic hotel, but only trimmed to old, behind everything is new "At Easter there was a nice little Easter gift, the service like no other. At the reception, for example, are all super friendly and the cleaning staff is extremely nice. The decor is very high quality (never had a better bed) and the bathroom surpasses everything. The only thing I did not like 100% was the size of the room. For a proud price it was relatively small. Everything else top, thanks!

The atomic potato! Saunas and breakfasts are memorable but the whole hotel is fantastic. Go for it! (if you can)
