Incredible place could not be better with impeccable infrastructure, an island set up with the best existing architecture.

Ah .... this hotel is perfect! Suite with sea view! It is on an island without car access ... the cuisine there is the luxury of the kitchens! Rooms very clean, big and airy !! I loved being there and will be going back many times!

The resort has a heavenly look. Located on an island, Comandatuba, distant 1 hour drive from ilheus-BA. Upon arriving in Una, V accesses the resort by a shuttle with a small ferry (10 min), which adds even more charm to the place. A huge coconut grove awaits you. Comfortable accommodations. All inclusive service. Very good service. Helpful staff always available. Strongly recommend.

Best resort I have ever visited. Helpful and always friendly service. The quality of the meals is excellent. It has for all tastes in option and variety, which is immense. Food and drink at all times, the diet has to stay at home. Very good pools and beach structure. Plenty to do on the island, between archery, ATV, kayak, stand paddle, etc. It has been a pleasure to stay.

The island is beautiful The hotel is very beautiful although some facilities are quite old but the place is a charm. Spectacular food.Many people complained about having to pay a dear part of the meals since it is not all inclusive. Value really is quite high well salty compared to the international resorts. But within the Brazilian market he was very well-liked and quite charming. Place for few.

Reality Check!

Brazil s once was famous resort is utterly lacking in management and is in desperate need of renovations.

After arriving we were escorted to our rooms that were full of mold and terrible smells. Avoid ground floor rooms with no ocean breeze at all costs. The 3rd room we were shown on the 3rd floor with an ocean breeze was habitable.

After finally receiving a room the AC was broken and the safe did not work.

On the positive side the location is nice. Beach is nice but ocean waters are murky. Pools are nice and the staff try s to accommodate requests.

The breakfast is excellent. The lunch and dinner restaurants serve low quality food. Few examples, all seafood is fish smelling and tastes poor. Meat that is displayed as Filet Mignon is harder to chew through than leather. The famous Brazilian picanha is a low quality version of the meat.

You are charged at every meal except breakfast for drinks. Lunch is $30 a person and you have no option to eat anywhere else.

We have stayed at the Club Med in Rio and Trancoso and I give them both a 4 Star and this resort a 2 Star.

Excellent hotel! Wonderful place, a paradise! Delicious food, polite and attentive staff. Only, it should improve the rooms of the north wing. The TV, the picture and sound are terrible. I didn't go to watch TV, but at night to distract; I think the hotel should change it.

The structure of the Hotel is excellent, programming and attractions for children, adults and seniors. Breakfast and Dinner are great. The accommodations, mainly from the south wing, could be a bit better and newer due to the price of the hotel. Would go back for sure, the island is wonderful. A mixture of sea, beach, coconut trees, rivers.
